 Enjoy the special ambience in each of our fantastically newly furnished apartment - just beautiful and beautiful live from the balcony, the magnificent view of the mountains. We do everything we can to meet your high expectations.
Our house is centrally located - right - in the center of Garmisch-Partenkirchen in extremely quiet residential area,

• On over 60m² total area can be found in our 1. First floor apartment up to 4 people. The apartment is equipped with high quality real wood and tile floors with underfloor heating. It consists of 1 living room with open kitchen, hallway, 1 bedroom with high-quality boxspring beds in different degrees of hardness and flat screen, both from the bedroom and from the living area you reach the sunny balcony, walk-in closet, 1 pull-out couch with spring mattresses in the living area. Separate sleeping by separate sleep possibility on the sleep couch is given.

From the living room as well as from the bedroom you reach the balcony facing south
1 bathroom with shower, bath and toilet. Balcony with fantastic mountain views to stay in every season, parking spaces at the house, underground parking space on request.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung in toller Lage

Diese schöne Ferienwohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an super wohlgefühlt. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die moderne, gemütliche Wohnung ist top ausgestattet, sehr sauber und liebevoll gestaltet. Wir würden diese Ferienwohnung jederzeit wieder buchen und können sie uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Traumhafte Ferienwohnung in bester Lage

Wir können die Ferienwohnung Lieblingsplatz zu 100 % weiterempfehlen. Die Lage ist perfekt: nah zum Zentrum und doch absolut ruhig, da sich das Haus in einer Seitenstraße befindet. Die Wohnung ist mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und alles ist sehr komfortabel. Hinzu kommt ein gemütlicher Balkon. Die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Ein Dank an die Vermieter für diesen perfekten Aufenthalt!

Super schöne und sehr saubere Ferienwohnung in zentraler und dennoch absolut ruhiger Lage!

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 1 Kind) hatten über Weihnachten / Silvester hier in der Ferienwohnung Lieblingsplatz Garmisch-Partenkirchen einen wundervollen Aufenthalt. Der Service hat alles getoppt, was wir bisher in einer Ferienwohnung erlebt haben: Herzlicher Empfang mit Prosecco und selbst gebackenem Weihnachtsgebäck, alles liebevoll weihnachtlich dekoriert mit Weihnachtsbaum etc., Kaffeeautomat mit reichlich Kaffeebohnen für unseren Aufenthalt, Duftkerzen, Duschgel, kuschelige Bademäntel ... dies, um nur ein paar Details zu nennen. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist diese Wohnung unglaublich ruhig - wir haben jede Nacht herrlich geschlafen. Dazu hat mit Sicherheit auch das gute Bett beigetragen. Ein weiteres Plus ist bei dieser zentralen Lage die fußläufige Nähe zum Bahnhof und zu beiden Ortskernen in wenigen Minuten, sowie zum Olympiastadion. Genauso kann man auch ab der Wohnung los joggen... Wir haben uns hier so wohl gefühlt, dass wir unseren nächsten Aufenthalt hier in Lieblingsplatz Garmisch-Partenkirchen bereits jetzt schon gebucht haben und können diese Wohnung mit bestem Gewissen weiter empfehlen!
