We really enjoyed the house, it was very nice and cozy, perfect for accommodating three families. We especially liked the basement room, which had a sink and a separate toilet with a stove. Also, the entrance area was very convenient for those who ski and snowboard, providing space to change and store equipment.

Great getaway!
The view of the mountain from the living room is spectacular. House is quiet, cozy and beautifully modern. Close to everything you need to be while enjoying the peacefulness. Highly recommend staying here with family or friends, perfect for any occasion!
Great location and a perfect size for the 5 of us. The living room could use more reading lights because it's a great room to hang out in and read by the fire or play games. The kitchen was well-supplied and we appreciated the supply of garbage and bags dish soap.
This property was perfect for a ski weekend at loon. It’s right across the street and the ski shuttle runs often. The condo is well equipped, clean and comfortable. We appreciated being able to get a late check out in our departure day.
My one critique is the need for better outside lighting on the pathway to the door.
Spacious. Maybe a little farther from town centre than we thought but that's our fault. Was bigger than thought. Very good

A little chilly
There are only two heaters the there so when we got up on Friday night it was really cold inside and took all night to heat up, that is my only complaint

Great location
This home was located centrally to both Santa’s Village and Storyland and just minutes from Whales Tale, Clark’s Trading Post and the Flume. The weather wasn’t too cooperative for us to use the outdoor amenities (pool, grill, playground) however they all looked pristine! The house itself was beautiful, the sleeping arrangements were perfect and the beds and pillows were very comfortable! I do wish the kitchen was a tad bigger (hard to have 2 people in it) however that was literally the only downfall. The deck was great and the surrounding homes were nice and quiet! I will totally be back again!
The only thing was the flood lights were not working or outdoor lights and it was very dark. Otherwise it was Fabulous!! Thank You

Ski trip over holiday weekend
The condo itself is fine, with access to communal gym with pools, hot tubs, game room, workout area. Unfortunately, several of the heating options for the unit were not working, there was no hot water, and no working dryer. We tried to contact someone through Vacasa and the local property manager, but we received little response, and nothing was fixed. We are not typically reviewers, and we use VRBO often, with great success. This unfortunately was not a good experience for our family, attempting a short ski trip over the holiday break.

I know there have been a couple of negative reviews but we stayed at this condo for a week and it was great. The location near Loon couldn’t be better and it has a great view of the mountain. It’s well stocked , easy to access. The parking is a little tight as you have to park on the side of the driveway and the 3rd bedroom is a loft that’s opens up to the main area so just know there really isn’t that much privacy with that room ( has the multiple beds) . Didn’t bother us but it is posted as a 3 bedroom property. The access to the swim & tennis club was great, the kids that every day . Also note the ski shuttle buses run at weekend but they are struggling w/to find drivers during the week so the bus was not running Tues-Fri in case that’s something you really need. Again it didn’t bother us as it was very easy to drop off the skiers at Loon. We liked it so much, we will be booking it again for next year.
We stayed at the condo last year and I gave it 5 stars. This year I couldn’t give it the same. The condo location is great Overall very clean but there were some issues. The washing machine is broken with no notice from vacasa about this prior to our stay which was a problem given we were there for 9 days skiing. Not sure if this will get fixed as there was just an oops sorry notice on ir. We had to go to a laundromat which was not in our plans. The dishwasher didnt work half the time. Often we had to wash the dishes twice. The stove was missing a knob for one of the burners. Not a big deal but it just seems things aren’t looked after. If you don’t care about things like that the condo is pretty good. We did care given our length of stay. Hopefully by the time we stay again next year this will be fixed.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback about your recent stay. We truly appreciate your loyalty and are glad to hear that you enjoyed the location and cleanliness of the condo. However, we are genuinely sorry to learn about the issues you encountered during your visit. We understand how frustrating it must have been to deal with a broken washing machine, especially during a long stay. We apologize for the lack of communication regarding this issue prior to your arrival. We strive to keep our guests informed, and we regret that we fell short in this instance.
Additionally, we are sorry to hear about the problems with the dishwasher and the missing stove knob. Your comments about the maintenance of these appliances are important to us, and we will ensure that they are addressed with our local team. Thank you for your understanding, and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again next year.
First, let me start of by saying that the property itself is quite nice. It’s in a great location in a nice development, and the condo has all that you could need for a nice ski vacation. Unfortunately, the condo owners have chosen to partner with Vacasa to actually manage the property. The experience I’ve had with Vacasa is what’s led me to leave such a negative review and rating (a first for me on Vrbo). On the night of our arival at the condo, we found the heat not to be working (and the internal temperature at 38 degrees). We tried calling Vacasa to try and get someone out to fix the heat that night, but they were completely unhelpful. As the condo was then unusable., we were very lucky to find a local hotel room for the night. The next morning, I tried again to call Vasa to get the heat in the condo fixed. After a lengthy discussion, they agreed to get someone out to try and fix the heat. By the end of the day, the heat finally was fixed and we came back to the condo where we spent the next 2 nights. During my discussion with a Vacasa manager, I was promised a reimbursement for my hotel stay and a small credit for each of the 3 nights of my booked stay at the condo to make up for the fact that the condo was unusable for the first night (really the minimum that they should have offered for our trouble). The major issue now is that its been a full month since our stay, and I’ve yet to receive any of the reimbursements/credits I was promised (which I have in writing). I’ve called Vacasa at least 4 times, and even had Vrbo contact Vacasa, but still nothing. I’m really at a loss as to why there’s been no effort to follow through with my reimbursement/credit. As I said, its really a shame as the the condo is quite nice, but the customer service has been abysmal. Renter beware.
Nice place. Quiet. Good view in the living room. Very clean. Great areas for ski gear and clothes. Kitchen is tight, but quite functional. Would definitely return.

Great spot
Conveniently located across the street from loon. Very spacious with multiple bedrooms. I will definitely be staying here whenever I come up to ski!
Nice condo outside the busyness of downtown Lincoln, and very close to Loon Mtn. Plane is exactly like the photos. Heat is a little winky since thermostats and baseboard heaters are everywhere, but there is only one plugged in heater unit that is actually used. We stayed in September and got down to 38°F one evening, and we were fine. I'm not sure how will this 3 story place would heat in the winter time. But they do have a wood burning fireplace, as well, so I'm sure that would be a plus. They didn't supply any sugar or creamer for coffee, but did have a coffee maker. Plenty of dishes, cups, puts and pans for anything else. All in all, we had a great stay and were comfortable.
