Located in the desirable Deer Park Resort, this ground level end unit is right on the Pemigawasset River. Back after a two-year break from rentals while the owners lived in it full-time, we've re-opened for guests and are better than ever!

Situated in the heart of the White Mountains, minutes from Loon and Cannon Mountains. This well-maintained resort features a clubhouse with an indoor pool (newly-renovated), sauna, jacuzzi, exercise room, racquetball courts, and video library. Also, a private 5-acre lake with beach for swimming and fishing, tennis and basketball courts, nature trail, playground, and stunning views of the White Mountains.

This tastefully decorated condo features a spacious living area with a wood burning fireplace (ample firewood supplied) and 3 flat screen TVs for family enjoyment. A large sliding door opens to a private deck with a beautiful view of the 'Pemi' River. Fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, and washer/dryer make this vacation getaway complete.

Because we're an owner-managed property, we have the extra touches that will make your vacation even more enjoyable. Returning guests will appreciate the new carpeting, updated fixtures, and new flat screen TVs. New guests will like the same hospitality that previous guests have enjoyed.

Although living in Maryland, George and Shirley have always liked New England, spending most of our vacations in Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont. So, it was our first choice when considering where to buy a second home.

Why they chose this property

We stayed at Deer Park in 2005, then returned to the Loon Valley to find a second home. After visiting many different places, we kept coming back to Deer Park. It's the perfect place.

What makes this property unique

The beauty of the White Mountains, the low-key vibe of North Woodstock, the skiing and canoeing are all pluses. But the biggest attraction for us is the river! Nothing - nothing! - beats sitting on the rear deck watching and listening to the river.
