Inside, enjoy a modern and updated space designed for comfort. The main floor walks out to a private backyard — perfect for enjoying the outdoors or letting the kids or pups play.
Pet Policy & Additional Fees:
Dog-friendly only: A $100 non-refundable pet fee per reservation applies to cover additional cleaning. This fee is not included in the initial booking and will be manually added after reservation confirmation.
Unauthorized pets or pets other than dogs will incur a $200 fee.
Additional Policies:
No Smoking: Smoking inside the unit will result in a $250 fine.
Late Check-Out: Unapproved late check-outs are subject to a $50 fee.
Long-Term Stays: For stays over 21 days, a $50 long-term cleaning fee will be applied manually.
Lost & Found: Items left behind can be returned for a $25 handling fee, plus shipping costs.
