About this property

Our approx. 60sqm separate apartment is located on the 1st floor of our semi-detached house in the Lankow district.

The apartment is divided into a living room, bedroom, kitchen and a bathroom.
All rooms are off the hallway.
The bathroom (with window) awaits its guests with a large shower. The living room offers a high-quality sofa bed (hotel quality with spring mattress), bedroom with a view of the garden and a kitchen with seating for 4 and a dishwasher.

Supermarkets, drinks shops, bakeries, etc. are nearby.
You can quickly reach the Neumühler See nature reserve on foot within 10-15 minutes.

Connection to public transport is very good via bus (5min walk) or tram (15min walk). From there you can get to the center of Schwerin within 15 minutes.
By car you can reach the city center in about 15 minutes.
Through the Schweriner ring road you can quickly get to almost all places in Schwerin or Towards Lübeck, Wismar, ....

Empfehlenswert

Kontakt zum Vermieter und Check-In verliefen sehr angenehm. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Trotz der Lage an der Bundesstraße angenehm ruhig.

unkomplizierter Aufenthalt

Die Wohnung hat eine angenehme Größe für zwei Erwachsene, mit einem oder zwei Kindern kann ich sie mir auch gut vorstellen. Sie ist hübsch eingerichtet, zum Kochen ist alles da. Ankunft läuft absolut unkompliziert, die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern ist angenehm und unkompliziert. Gern wieder!

1 Woche mit Fahrrad Schwerin

Ideale Basis für Ausflüge in die Stadt und Umgebung, da auch eine Möglichkeit zum Abstellen der Fahrräder vorhanden ist. Zur Stadt geht ein toller Radweg durch den Park und die Kleingärten bis fast zum Schloß. Supermarkt ist um die Ecke und Ostseeinsel Poel in 50min erreicht.

Sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich. Fragen wurden umgehend beantwortet. Wir würden uns jederzeit wieder einmieten.
