About this property

The comfort cottage was built in 2000. It is located in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of town north towards north dike and has a large garden with terrace in south-west orientation and a parking space in front of the house. On the ground floor of the house is a generous tiled living room (satellite TV, stereo with CD, DVD player, flat screen) with dining area and high chair in the bay window and a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, stove with oven, fridge freezer, coffee maker, Toaster, egg cooker etc.) and a guest toilet. Upstairs is the bedroom with double bed and a cot, a second bedroom with two separate beds and a seating area in the bay window with satellite TV and radio / CD player and the bathroom with shower and washing machine. The house has patio furniture for 4 people and a barbecue. The house is sun-flooded all-day and rented all year round.

The 85 square meter house is located in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of the city north in the direction of north dike and has a garden and terrace to the south-west side. On the ground floor of the house is a spacious living room with dining area in the bay window, an open fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, toaster, hand mixer and. S. W. and a guest toilet. The floors are tiled on the ground floor. On the upper floor there is a bedroom with double bed and a cot; a second bedroom with 2 separate beds and a sitting area with TV + radio / CD in the bay window and a shower room / WC with washing machine + hair dryer. The house has 4 beach chairs with cushions and patio furniture for 4 people. It is about 2.5 km to the beach, about 15 minutes walk to the pedestrian zone in the north. The supermarkets Aldi, Lidl, Combi etc. are within walking distance.

Leisure activities: Watt walks, boat trips, water park, water sports, cycling, visit the seal nursery in Norddeich, cure.

Einfach nur super.

Super Lage, die Wohnung ist in die Jahre gekommen aber hat alles was man benötigt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Kurzurlaub im Norden

Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hat völoig ubsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Schade war das das Haus keider kein Wlan hat was aber auch so im Inserat angegeben war. Der Checkin war Problemlos wenn man sich am die Anweisungen des Gastgebers hält funktioniert alles super. Selbst auf Rückfragen reagierte der Gastgeber stehts freundlich und hilfbereit. Das Haus muss am Abreisetag bis 10 Uhr verlassen werden hier könnte man als verbesserubg verschlagen diese Zeit evtl 1 oder 2 Stunden nach hibteb zu verschieben das dies den Auszug entspannter gestalten würde, aber selbst hier ist es vorher genau abgegeben wie der Ablauf sein sollte. Wir haben ubs sehr wohl in dem Haus gefühlt und fühlten und gut jei dem Gastgeber aufgehoben. Wir würden hier auch gerne boch weitere male unternommen dürfen. Vielen Dank für den tollen Kurzurlaub.

Schöner Kurzurlaub zum unschlagbaren Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Wir verbrachten 5 Übernachtungen in diesem Haus. Es liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Wohngegend von Norden, was uns mit zwei kleinen Kindern sehr entgegenkam. Alles ist gut mit dem Auto (und bei gutem Wetter auch fussläufig) zu erreichen: Norddeich, Norden Innenstadt und Supermärkte. Die Doppelhaushälfte ist sehr gepflegt und es war alles sauber. Alles was man brauchte war soweit vorhanden. Haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und auch die Kinder hatten ihren Spaß. Zu dem Preis bekommt man kaum etwas besseres. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat wunderbar geklappt. Ebenso war die Verwalterin sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank und viele Grüße aus Wesel.
