Das Ferienappartement ist mit Bad/Dusche/WC, Doppelbett, ein Stockbett, kleine Küche und TV ausgestattet. Im Wohnbereich lädt ein Tisch mit Eckbank und Stühlen zum Entspannen ein. Der Eingangsbereich ist überdacht und kann als Frühstücksbereich in der Morgensonne genutzt werden. Sie haben einen Blick auf den Luftkurort Hauzenberg und das Staffelbachtal. Ausrichtung nach Süden. Das Ferienhaus ist umzäunt und der Außenbereich kann als Auslauf für den Hund genutzt werden. Hauseigene Parkplätze vorhanden. Unsere Pension liegt zwei Kilometer vom Luftkurort Hauzenberg entfernt, inmitten der herrlichen Landschaft der Dreiländerregion Bayern-Böhmen-Österreich. Für Winter und Sommer bietet Hauzenberg und seine Umgebung jede Menge Freizeit- und Erholungsmöglichkeiten in herrlicher Natur - sei es zum Wandern, Radfahren, E-Bike, Golfen, Angeln, Nordic-Walking oder Skifahren, Langlaufen und Schneeschuhwandern. Die Nähe zur Dreiflüssestadt Passau, Linz, Prag und dem Nationalpark Bayerischer Wald mit dem Baumwipfelpfad bietet interessante Ausflugsziele und Angebote für Jung und Alt.

Alles in allem in Ordnung. Top Preis Leistung

Vermieter ist sehr freundlich. Objekt liegt in der Nähe eine stark befahrenen Straße, aber Nachts ist es angenehm ruhig. Sonst günstige Lage für kleine Wanderungen und Bademöglichkeit am nahe gelegenen See.
