Ocean front on the entertaining Boardwalk - Must See!

This beautiful Ocean Front condo is on the beach. The only thing separating you from the waves and sand is the famous boardwalk. Wake up to the sight and sound of the Pacific Ocean directly in front of you with our large picture window in the master bedroom. The living room, dining room, kitchen and master bedroom all face the ocean. The condo is located on the 2nd floor providing privacy, quiet and safety for you and your family, while allowing you to view all the beach and boardwalk action below.

The condo has kitchen appliances, hotel queen bed, leather sleeper, leather recliner.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking and eating utensils you will need. The
master bedroom has a queen size bed and TV, the second bedroom 2 twin beds and computer,
and the living room a couch, recliner, TV, DVD player . The large balcony overlooks the boardwalk and has patio seating for 6 and a gas BBQ.

All linens are supplied except for beach towels. We even provide boogie boards and beach chairs.
There is one parking space below the unit large enough to fit the biggest SUV.

The condo is located halfway between the Pacific Beach Pier and the famed Belmont Park roller coaster. Just in back of our building are several restaurants, bike rentals, surf board rentals, apparel shops, beach shops, and surf instructions. Stroll up the boardwalk to find more restaurants, Daily room service is not available. Non smoking. For more details info @ misionbeach. com

Location,Location, Location!!

We did not want to leave this great condo! We watched magnificent sunsets from the balcony. The Master bedroom was oceanfront to and it fantastic to wake up to the sight and sound of the ocean! The condo was comfy and spotless! We could not ask for more! They even have a computer in the condo! Thanks Jef and MaryAnn for a wonderful vacation!

Perfect Vacation!

The condo was great! It was clean and nicely furnished. Fabulous location - you could walk or bike all along the boardwalk. The condo was also convenient to all major attractions. The owners were wonderful hosts! We will return soon.

OUTSTANDING!

This beautiful condo exceeded all of our expectations! Anything that you could want or need was provided. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The fact that it was on Ocean Front Walk with the ocean directly in front of us was a real plus! We have stayed on the bay side before and it was BORING! You will never go back to the bay or any other condo after staying in this gorgeous property!

The Best Place!

This was our 3rd visit. It continues to be our favorite place in Mission Beach. The pounding waves of the surf relaxes us instantly! People watching on the balcony is an entertaining experience. We love this place and will be back!

Excellent Vacation Spot!!

This vacation home was great! The home was clean and nicely furnished. The oceanfront views and accessibility to the beach were perfect. We walked and jogged on the beach everyday and sat on the balcony to enjoy wine during the sunsets. The owner's were very responsive and recommended many great restaurants in the area! We hope to return soon!

Fabulous stay

Couldn't choose a better spot. Perfect walking distance to everywhere. Right on the beach. Walk to restaurants. Grocery store. We didn't even have a car. Kitchen was fully set up allowing cooking. Clean. Everything we needed. Great girls get-away. Rented bikes down the street and rode around Mission Bay all on pathways. Pacific Beach is walking distance and full of shops and restaurants as well. Quiet part of the beach. Walk to amusement area if you wish, but far enough away to avoid the loud night life. Can't say enough about the owners - very responsive. On top of meeting all of our needs. Definitely go there again.

Beautiful! Great view, right on the beach!

The condo was absolutely beautiful! It was perfect for our family, as each of our daughters had their own twin bed to sleep in. I loved that we could sit on the large balcony after the kids were in bed and enjoy some wine and take in the sights and sounds of the people on the boardwalk. Jef called us upon check in to insure that we were OK. Great communication. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a vacation stay on Mission Beach.

Breathtaking Oceanfront on the Boardwalk

The condo was beautiful and the views spectacular. We sat on the balcony every morning for breakfast and saw dolphins daily. The owner's provided binoculars and many other amenities. The condo was very clean and the beds comfortable. We had a wonderful vacation and will return next year!

Perfect little hideaway in San Diego

The apartment was perfect for our family of 6. Jef and Marianne welcomed us with a bottle of white wine, a box of cookies, and a poinsettia plant. It was so nice to wake up to the sound of the ocean every morning. We enjoyed the view from the balcony while playing board games and having a cup of tea. We spotted dolphins one morning! We played soccer on the beach and the kids built sand castles. The sunsets were incredible! The kitchen was well-stocked and local area information was provided. The apartment has an electronic lock, so not having to worry about a key was handy. We also appreciated the foot bath outside the apartment, so we didn't bring beach sand in. Restaurants are right around the corner. There is so much to do and see in San Diego that we will surely be back.

Loved the condo and the dolphins

We have enjoyed our stay here so much our family of 6 fit just right in your condo and what an experience for us all to be able to stay right beside the ocean! Every crashing wave and dolphin sighting was a delight. We appreciated having the binoculars so much for our ocean gazing. The kids loved being so close to the beach and made many interesting sand castles. Thank you!

We had the best time staying in your condo. We were hotel people, but not anymore. We would love to come back next July if available. Thank you for the flowers when we arrived. Best week of my life

Hello Marianne and Jef, I wanted to thank you again SO MUCH for letting me rent your beautiful condo. I probably had the best week of my life. I was relaxed, I saw dolphins 4 days, Levi and I went boogie boarding, he took me sailing for my birthday, I walked to the Crystal Pier or past the roller coaster at Belmont every day, I just had a wonderful time. We thoroughly enjoyed our...

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your condo. The pictures did not do justice to the view. We couldn't believe we were so close to the ocean. And the kitchen had everything we needed for our family to cook all of meals. Much more than we expected.
