The condo also offers an ocean front master bedroom with ample room to spread out or put a pack-n-play in the room, or even an inflatable mattress for younger children to stay with their parents. No shortage of room. master bedroom offers a beautiful en suite with awesome rain shower and tub.
Open concept keeps the family all together for cooking, eating and enjoying the ocean front view. The living space offers a full-size sleeper sofa and a remote gas fireplace.
Second bedroom offers a queen bed off the garage entry.
Parking is limited throughout the Mission Bay area. Please be sure the vehicle you bring will fit in the designated garage, please contact us with any questions. We highly recommend smaller, sedan type vehicles for this garage. This home offers garage parking 5' 8 tall x 14' wide and 13' 5 deep. As the garage height is low, unfortunately tall vehicles will not fit. Please make sure your vehicle/s will fit within these dimensions, as parking can be tricky in coastal areas. Street parking is available as well, for larger vehicles, on a first come-first serve basis.
This property also have a very limited space on the north side of the garage. Think Mini Cooper size car but it is great storage for rental bikes.
Please contact Property Manager for possible additional parking options, when available. Please note the outside parking area to the north does not belong to this rental unit and cannot be used for parking.

Very comfortable environment and perfectly located to the restaurants we like and shopping on the Boardwalk. The beds and linens were great. Cooked a lot at home and had all we needed. We are planning to return.
We loved our stay here. Beautiful views, and the property was steps from the beach which made it so nice to go back and forth from the beach to the beach house. We will be back.
We stayed two weeks at this San Diego beach rental and unfortunately experienced numerous issues. The house was dusty and very musty when we arrived, kitchen cupboards were dirty and had to be washed before use, and several basic kitchen items were missing. The refrigerator struggled to keep food cold, and the ice tasted stale.More concerning were maintenance and safety problems, including disabled smoke detectors in the main living area and ceiling leaks in the living room. Several fixtures and windows were also in poor condition, and communication from the owner about operating the fireplace and other systems never came despite multiple requests.The location is great, but the property needs significant maintenance and better preparation before new guests arrive.

As a property manager of many years we rarely get these type of reviews. When we do I examine the reason and how to remedy them for any future guest. This property has been a vacation rental for 20 years with repeat after repeat guest. Do issues arise, yes, but given the fact this guest had two weeks at the property and did not report these items other than ask about where the trash was and how to use the fireplace, they also apparently expected full supplies like a hotel the whole time there. We only provide a starter package to begin your stay When a guest departs and you know nothing about these issues but a week later they email and say, what are you willing to do before I review, well that is a huge red flag to me. We do not buy reviews. And when we didn’t, well you see the response. Property managers beware. Homeowners beware. Do not rent to this person unless you expect to give back 20-50% of the booking.
Property was as described. Great location, Great communication, Great time. Plenty of space for the kids! Will be back!

Will definitely be back
Our family loved our stay here. The location is prime and directly on the beach. Loved having closed garage. Hardware on windows and doors could use some updating but expected with the corrosion from the salt water. Easy access and prompt reply’s from manager Kimberly.

Great location …garage is awesome . Seems like no big deal “ a garage “ the space is sooo convenient for a multitude of reasons. Great beach front patio . Would have given it a 5 but there were a few maintenance issues that need to be addressed .

Beautiful Beach Getaway
Beautiful spot to enjoy a couple day vacation with our Dog. Place was clean, comfortable and right on the boardwalk. When using the oven, fire alarm went off every time it was opened (not a smoky dish) which made using the oven frustrating. Check-in directions didn't include any parking info. Garage was the only way to get into the apartment since the front door was out of battery. Thankfully we were able to get a hold of the manager to get in. Loved our stay but would probably stay elsewhere in the future with how expensive it was and how many other options there are in the area.

Never disappoints!
My family has been staying here for more than twenty years off and on. We started coming back three years ago...this is year three. Management has changed and Kimberly is outstanding! This is located in an ideal spot. Far enough away from Belmont Park to not be impacted by the tourism there....close enough to walk to food and the Starbucks on the corner. A couple of things we found. We come from the Bay Area and are used to having AC. It can get a bit warm there. We have learned to bring our own fans...but that is just us. Also...the garage door opening is 68 inches...so be aware that even small SUVS will not fit. This is what I would say in conclusion...my family has made wonderful memories here and will continue to do so.
