The newly renovated Poolside Bungalow is a spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom condominium suite with an additional downstairs family room and direct access to the shared heated pool area. Designed for both comfort and flexibility, the downstairs family room features two queen beds and its own bathroom, comfortably accommodating an additional two to four guests and making this villa ideal for families or group stays.
The Space:
Each bedroom, the living room, and the downstairs family room are equipped with individual air conditioning units, allowing guests to enjoy complete temperature control throughout the villa. The ground-floor bedrooms offer the choice of a king bed or two twin beds and include full ensuite bathrooms for added privacy and convenience.
Beach towels are provided in each room, and every bathroom is stocked with bath towels, hand towels, and face towels. Guests are also provided with an initial set of travel-size shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotion in each bathroom.
The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and includes glassware, cutlery, dishes, pots and pans, and baking trays. Additional amenities include a Nespresso coffee maker, a drip coffee maker, a toaster, an instant hot water boiler, and a blender, along with olive oil, salt, and pepper for guest use.
Guests can relax and dine on the private garden lanai, surrounded by lush tropical landscaping that creates a tranquil island setting. Just 50 yards from the beach, the villa offers easy access to swimming, snorkeling, and surfing, making it a true tropical oasis.

Guests also enjoy access to the Wailea Inn’s shared heated pool, communal yoga studio, poolside BBQ gas grill, and complimentary beach chairs, boogie boards, an umbrella, and a beach cooler.

This villa is a private tropical oasis only 50 yards from beaches, snorkeling, and surfing. Minutes away from shops, restaurants, food trucks, playgrounds, tennis courts, and skate parks. All are within walking distance from our beautiful property.

Also, a golfer's paradise with nearby world-class golf clubs less than 10 minutes away in Wailea and Makena. Restaurants, shops, nightlife, cafes, farmer’s markets, and Kalama Park are within a 5-10 minute walk from Wailea Inn.
