Stay at our private upper level newly renovated executive home in Dimple Dell. 3 bedrooms, including Master suite, 4 total beds, living room, dining room and media room, with full kitchen, island seating, and garage parking. Located in East Sandy. 18 minutes from Snowbird and Alta. 34 minutes Brighton. Very lush property facing Dimple Dell Park which is a well known horse recreation and hiking areas. Deer in the yard daily. Over 2000 square feet of space to relax and play in.
6 person hot tub in back yard.

Nice house, feels like you're in a complete home, not a short stay condo. Well appointed. Not much cell coverage, but wifi works well. Check-in/out was easy, and the owner was very helpful. I would happily rent this place again.

The property is newly renovated. It was very clean. Plenty of supplies for kitchen and bathrooms. Plenty of space for party of 8. Communication with the owner was great. Pretty close to surrounding ski resorts. Thank you for having us.

Clean, close to ski area

Clean and convenient to ski areas. Owner was responsive to our needs. We were not aware of downstairs neighbors however until we arrived. Also, expecting us to feed the cat was odd. Send it to a shelter- maybe a family can adopt it to give it a proper home.

Great Location

We enjoyed having easy access to the ski resorts, without being too close to just one. Being across the street from the huge park was wonderful for our dog. And we also took advantage of being just a few minutes from a lot of great restaurants. The only part of the property description I didn’t think was accurate was calling for yard large. It’s not large. Overall, very nice!

Holiday in Sandy

We really enjoyed our stay here. We were a little surprised that there was a downstairs unit that was also rented during our stay, but it didn’t bother our holiday plans. The home was nice and spacious and comfortable for all 8 of us. We also enjoyed the kitchen and were easily able to prepare a Christmas dinner for us all. It was a bit on the cold side to spend time outside, but the yard and deck looked nice if it were a bit warmer. Overall we enjoyed our stay and were happy to have found this place for our family Christmas.

perfect getaway house for winter

The house was much larger than expected, inside and out; the pictures don't do it justice. All appliances worked (washer, dryer, dishwasher, AC/heater, etc). Water pressure was low in the shower but most importantly the water stayed hot even with both showers running.

Incredible place for "Mountain therapy"

My family stayed at this incredible property for a week and loved every minute. The location is excellent and is in very easy proximity to all of the adventurous fun places and all the of the creature comforts needed for an great vacation. The home is in incredible shape with everything we needed for our stay. the Kitchen had all the necessities and they were good quality. There was plenty of linens to go around and great laundry appliances just in case. Everything was perfect for us. We saw wildlife right outside in the park across the street. This place is great. I hope to stay there again the next time I'm in need of a little "Mountain Therapy"

This property is located near an equestrian park and natural hiking area. Wildlife including but not limited to Deer, Skunks, Cats, Mice, Birds, Raccoons, Chipmunks, Squirrels, may roam freely through the front and back yard, roadways, and nearby areas. Please use caution and maintain awareness.

What makes this property unique

There is an amazing orange cat adopted the property during renovations. Although he is an outdoor cat, he likes to greet guests and get attention. We have provided food and a heated cat house for him. Guests may choose to interact or ignore him and he will wander off elsewhere in the community.
