We truly enjoyed our stay here. The property was very clean with good communication from the management. My biggest complaint would be that the living room sectional sofa was filthy. It is white, so I get it…but it was far past time to have it cleaned or replaced. Red drink or liquid spilled and splashed all over one large section, and just generally dirty with stains and simply dinghy all over. We used every extra bedsheet and pillowcase we could find and covered every cushion and pillow to even feel somewhat comfortable sitting on the sofa. Completely unacceptable! Last, master bathroom while lovely, needs additional privacy screen on part of the smaller windows, as is done on the large window by the tub. Other than that, we would certainly return if the sofa is thoroughly cleaned or replaced.

We had a great time in Austin! This property IS located in a very central area, but do be aware that it is a transitional area. That being said we did not ever feel unsafe, but we did feel we had to be aware. The house is well layed out and has room for everyone! We did have some problems, with the AC in one of the rooms, and surprisingly the primary bathroom doesn’t have any windows coverings?! BUT the communication was awesome and problems were addressed right away. House is modern and fun, but everything is just a “bit” worn…nothing that will interfere with your fun or your stay, but just be aware: again location is awesome and close to everything! You can walk to Rainey street very easily through the river trail! We visited Paper Boy, Phoebe’s, Jeffrey’s, La Barbeque; and so much more!! Would recommend all and they are all close!! Enjoy your trip!

Great for a large group

The house is has all of the amenities required to host a large group properly. We had 18 guys from 25-30 and everyone fit well and had an enjoyable experience with the property management group. Would recommend.

Amazing Property

I cannot thank the owner enough for this house. We had a great time here. It easily sleeps 20 people comfortably. It is close to all that austin has to offer but in a quite neighborhood. We were walking distance from plenty of bars and restuarants. The house was imaaculate and comfortable.

Perfect House/Location

We had an unforgettable weekend in Austin and this house was a key part to the success of the trip! This house is in a great location, close to Rainey & 6th Street. The house is clean and perfect for any big group! The backyard with the pool/hot tube and turf patio makes it a great spot to chill and relax. Definitely going to recommend this house to friends and family in the future!

6 couples had plenty of room and privacy

This house is a perfect place for couples who each want their own private bedroom (6). Also looks to be great for groups who can share rooms (as several rooms had 2 queen beds). 1 room is the guest house- with a private bedroom and bath. We had a great time using the pool and the kitchen had plenty of supplies. (We would have appreciated a couple umbrellas for shade on the balcony and backyard…but OVERALL The house is exactly as it presents- cute and clean and comfortable! (Great location too!)

3 Day Getaway

No gas in the rental so our plans to cook dinner for 2 nights was botched. Showers that we took were freezing due to no gas. No immediate response or resolution was given. I didn't get the experience I was looking for due to these issues but the house itself is beautiful and a lot of fun!

Not worth the money

We were a group of 15 adults in town for a birthday. We were nicked and dimed during our stay. No option for early check in without paying despite the house being empty in the days leading to our check in. The house was stocked with maybe 15 bath towels. We quickly noticed there were no pool towels despite the pool and hot tub located on the property. When we requested more bath towels and pool towels we were told we had to pay. I found that to be absolutely ridiculous considering the thousands of dollars we paid to stay there for 3 nights. You can’t control the AC, it’s set and locked by the management company. The AC actually went out and it was very hot. A repairman came to fix it and must have done so incorrectly because then the heat kept coming on with no way to shut it off. The property manager never offered a solution for this. Overall not worth the money with all the issues we experienced.

Fun place for a family gathering

We had two families celebrating Thanksgiving here and the accommodations and layout of bedrooms were great! The neighborhood was convenient to downtown, UT and the activities we wanted to do. Hot tub was perfect in the colder weather. Decor was eclectic and fun and Loved the #Stay Together wall for pictures! Management company was super responsive to any questions we had.

Great House in Great Location

The house was a great place for friends/family to hang out in a location close to everything in Austin. It was a perfect place for our group, and we enjoyed the amenities including the pool, video game, and outside space. The house was exceptionally clean and neat when we checked in. The only exception is that the pool was a bit of a mess. I cleaned a ton of leaves out of the skimmer and kept sweeping leaves out of the pool. Leaves in the pool are inevitable this time of year, but whoever was responsible for the pool didn't know how to clean the skimmer.
