Great place for family reunion

Our family of 17 enjoyed being able to be together. Having two places to stay was perfect. Plenty of beds and bathrooms. Julien was quick to take care of our problems.

Perfect for our family of 20

Plenty of space in these two units for adults, teens and little ones. Units were very well kept. Drive to downtown Nashville was less than 15 minutes, uber-lyft was about $15. Very convenient location, grocery store less than a mile away. Units have several options for sleeping arrangements, teens and little ones loved the bunk beds. Adults loved the masters with attached bathrooms. Overall was a great stay. Only negative was the drunk neighbors at 3am.

Very good stay at a very good location.

For our family of 16 members, this place fit the bill! Excellent location and host that will tend to your every need. You can’t find two units this size that will accommodate your needs in a clean, well appointed place. Add that Juilian will be available to answer any question or provide anything needed in the units. We had the misfortune that one of the refridgerator’s ice maker stopped working. Julian deliver bags of ice AND a case of water… no charge… no fuss! That’s a Host!!!!

Nice place and location

We had two places. One was perfect the other we had quit a few problems with that they were not able to fix in time during our short stay. After a lot of communication we did receive a refund. Although the problems we experienced during our stay were very impactful they should be an easy fix for the property manager and I don’t feel it will pose any problems for the next guest.

Large Group Friendly

We had 6 of us with two rentals, however, this could easily fit more. Location and property worked for our needs. I would recommend this property
