Modern 2-room attic apartment with balcony and internet / wi-fi

The apartment "Seeperle 4" has a bedroom with a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm), a 55-inch LED TV, a modern kitchen (coffee maker, fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, extractor fan, Toaster, kettle, cutlery, crockery, pots, pans, etc.), Internet / Wi-Fi, underfloor heating, hair dryer and bed linen and towels.
Free parking for your car or Bicycles are available in front of the house and on a private parking space in the underground car park.
The apartment can be occupied by a maximum of 4 persons. For the 3rd and 4th Person would be a mobile guest bed available - ideal is an occupancy for 2 people.

The location is central with all amenities in close proximity. The historic old town of Meersburg with the New Castle and Meersburg Castle is about a 10-minute walk away. It takes about 15 minutes on foot to reach the lake with its ferry system and the beautiful waterfront promenade. There are shopping opportunities in the form of Lidl, Edeka, Norma, Rewe, etc. and are also within walking distance or by car within a short time.

Please note that in the high season we rent our apartments usually only weekly from Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday. In low season, the minimum rental period of our apartments is 2 days and it can be traveled every day.

See-"Perle?"

Leider war die Wohnung weder sauber (Haare in den Teller- und Badezimmerschubladen) noch ausreichend zur Selbstversorgung ausgestattet (keine Kochlöffel, Vorlegebestecke, o.ä; kaputte Kaffeekanne...). Die Bettwäsche war fleckig und unsauber. Die zu trocknende Wäsche der Vermieter (Handtücher und Co) standen zum Trocknen auf dem feuchten Balkon. Insgesamt sehr lieblos eingerichtetes Objekt mit einer kalten Beleuchtung. Am ersten Abend wollten wir fast abreisen. Der Vermieter war jederzeit telefonisch erreichbar, sehr bemüht und hat aus der Ferne versucht, den Schaden zu beheben. Es wurde ein Nachlass gewährt.

Bodensee Meersburg

Wunderschön Gegend, nicht weit zum Altstadtzentrum und Fähre. Die Wohnung selbst ist ganz hübsch. Leider fehlten ein paar Kleinigkeiten. Ein Radio wäre schön gewesen. Bei den Kochutensilien müsste auch etwas nachgerüstet werden, zB. Eine Kelle. Die Vermieter waren immer erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Auch auf dem Balkon kann man sehr schöne Abende verbringen.

Eine Woche am Bodensee

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Meersburg am Bodensee sehr genossen. Die Wohnung war für uns und unseren Aufenthalt perfekt, die Ausstattung fanden wir rundum sehr gut. Von der Wohnung aus ist das Zentrum der Altstadt in ein paar Minuten erreichbar, ebenso sind der nächste Supermarkt und ein Bäcker in ein paar Minuten erreichbar. Die Landschaft um Meersburg sowie der Ort selbst haben uns richtig klasse gefallen.

Wir haben Ostern gemeinsam mit Freunden in den Seeperlen in Meersburg verbracht. Die Anreise war unkompliziert. Die Unterkünfte sind wirklich stilvoll, hochwertig und umfangreich eingerichtet. Die Lage ist zweckmäßig. Meersburg ist ein kleines Juwel am Bodensee. Rundum: wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne mal wieder vorbei

Tolle moderne Wohnung

Wir waren nur ein paar Tage im Februar in dieser Ferienwohnung, aber wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Vermieter hatte uns bereits mitgeteilt, dass die Wohnung kurz zuvor vollständig modernisiert wurde. Wir hatten also das Glück, dass wir ein super schönes und modernes Badezimmer und eine neue Küche angetroffen haben. Alles was man für ein paar erholsame Tage am Bodensee braucht, ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Lage ist sehr zentral - zu Fuß sind es etwa 5 Minuten bis zum Eingang der Altstadt. Wir kommen schon seit vielen Jahren nach Meersburg und waren mit dieser Ferienwohnung sehr zufrieden. Nochmals vielen Dank an die Vermieter :-)
