Both the city center and the enchanting lake promenade can be reached in about 12 minutes on foot. Using high-quality materials, the spacious two-room apartment meets upscale demands for a stylish apartment residence. On about 56 m² the apartment offers a light-flooded room concept ideal for families up to 4 persons. The modern apartment with floor-to-ceiling windows is located on the 2nd floor and has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bedroom and a bathroom. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, satellite TV with international channels and a fresh air ventilation system in all rooms. The child-friendly accommodation provides a crib and a high chair on request.

In about 12 minutes walk you can reach the historic old town of Meersburg with the picturesque waterfront promenade, numerous restaurants, cafes and bars overlooking Lake Constance. A ferry will take you to the lively and versatile university town of Constance in just a few minutes.
