Nice Place to stay

In the heart of the city, nevertheless quite in the night. Old house, lovely. We had a little problem to check in. And a little dust on the wood should be cleaned!

The host wanted to change our confirmed booking to suit their schedule for another one of their properties. The process to do so made us uncomfortable. When they later requested personal information by message, I asked if our information would be kept secure. Within minutes our booking was cancelled without a reply. This experience added stress to our vacation planning, but thankfully we were able to find an accommodation in Meersburg that was much better suited for us.

Grandiose Lage in Meersburg, Parken in 700m Entfernung etwas umständlich, Ausstattung insgesamt sehr gut, Teekanne, Eierbecher und ein Geschirrhandtuch würden das Bild abrunden.Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden das kleine Appartment unter dem Dach mit tollem Ausblick weiterempfehlen!

Une jolie semaine dans une jolie petite ville

Dans le centre historique de Meersburg, très calme car sans aucune voiture. Des vignes tout autour de la ville et jusqu'au bord du lac pour de très jolies promenades.

Charmantes kleines Fachwerkstudio

Das Fachwerkstudio ist sehr zentral gelegen, direkt im Stadtkern, so dass wir Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants fußläufig sehr gut erreichen konnten. Das Studio wirkte durch die Holzbalken und Schrägen gemütlich und war für einen Kurztrip ausreichend ausgestattet. Eine Parkmöglichkeit, die man in Kombination mit dem Studio nutzen kann, ist in ca. 700m Entfernung und somit auch gut zu erreichen. Was uns nicht so gut gefallen hat: Das Geschirr war leider teilweise nicht richtig gespült, Töpfe eingebrannt, Brotkrümel im Besteckkasten, der Wasserkocher war am Ausgusssieb total verkalkt und die Kaffeemaschine, eingestaubt und ebenfalls verschmutzt. Die Holzbalken sehen toll aus, aber diese waren voller Staub und Spinnenweben (außer vor dem Fenster, da lehnt man sich wahrscheinlich beim öffnen gegen, daher fällt der Unterschied besonders auf).

Tolle Lage

Sehr unkompliziert und angenehm. Mitten in der Altstadt und trotzdem leise. Schöner Blick aufs Schloss. Das Einzige war die Form der Betten. Wir haben uns oft nachts an den Ecken gestoßen.

Erstmals am Bodensee und gleich mittendrin

Fewo wie in Beschreibung und wie erwartet. Ausstattung für eine Woche völlig ausreichend. Urig die massiven sichtbaren Balken in der Dachschräge. Durch die sehr zentrale Lage relativ laut in den Morgenstunden und abends durch das Restaurant mit Terrassenbetrieb ebenso. Unwissend befanden wir uns am Ankunftswochenende mittendrin im Weinfest - ein bisschen viel Feierlaune fast 14 Stunden… aber es gibt ja viele Ausflugsziele rundherum. Dafür ist die Lage in Meersburg perfekt.

Urlaub wie man ihn sich vorstellt

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft sehr schöne Ferienwohnung die alles hat was benötigt wird. Sehr schöne Lage alles ist in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Vermieter ist auch sehr freundlich also gibt nichts zu klagen. Frau Hendricks die Betreuerin ist auch immer erreichbar und auch sehr Freundlich. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung nur empfehlen . Mfg Ulrike und Wolfgang Ps. Wenn wir wieder mal kommen werden wir uns bei euch melden.

Ein Appartment mit Stil

Ein Zimmer unterm Dach mit Blick über den Schlossplatz. Herrlicher Blick über die Oberststadt. Kleine Küche und alles was man braucht..... Immer wieder gerne im Rodtschen Palais.....

Schöne Ferienwohnung in perfekter Lage

Die Größe der Ferienwohnung fand ich für einen Alleinreisenden perfekt. Ideale Lage, mitten in der Altstadt von Meersburg mit sehr schöner Aussicht. Würde sofort wieder buchen.

Schönes Appartement

Eine sehr schöne kleine Ferienwohnung. Direkt in der Altstadt von .Meersburg. Leider war in der Spüle noch ein Rand vom Vormieter den wir erst mal weggeputzt haben.Der Empfang war etwas merkwürdig , kam erst mal zu spät und war dann blitzschnell im Haus verschwunden. Wir sind dann mit Gepäck eine Wendeltrepoe in den 4. Stock gegangen , weil der Aufzug nicht zu finden war und wir keine Info bekamen. Wurden dann oben empfangen , wir könnten ja den Aufzug benutzen. Aufzug ist im Untergeschoss , Info für die nächsten Gäste. Aber in der Wohnung haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wundervolles Apartement.

Mitten in Meersburg, mit Blick aufs Schloss. Supertolle Lage, wundervolles Apartement. Im Dach mit all den Balken, sehr schön. Stilvoll eingerichtet, mit allem was man/frau braucht. Park- und Meersburg-Karte waren ebenfalls dabei. Sehr nette Vermieter, unkompliziert und bemüht. Jederzeit erreichbar. Jederzeit gerne wieder, sehr zu empfehlen. Rundum zufrieden

Zentral in der Oberstadt und trotzdem ruhig. Ideal um das schöne Städtchen Meersburg genauer kennen zu lernen als bei Tages-Besuchen. Die Möglichkeit das Auto längerfristig zu parken ist klasse, der Spaziergang zum Parkplatz gut zu schaffen. Bus, Schiff/Fähre und Wanderwege schnell zu erreichen. Besonderes Ambiente, schön und zweckmäßig eingerichtet.

Fernseh kaputt

Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen.Haben direkt am ersten Tag angerufen dass das Fernseh kaputt ist.Konnten nur auf die Mailbox sprechen. Drei Tage später kam erst der Rückruf. Es wurde leider nicht repariert in unserem Urlaub

Tolles Objekt

Tolle Wohnung auch für Alleinreisende

Ich hatte Wohnung 1 (auch wenn an der Tür 15 steht) im Rodt'schen Palais eine Woche lang gemietet und hätte sie am liebsten gekauft ;-) Schon wenn man reinkommt, ist sie ein Augenschmaus, man kann sich nur wohlfühlen, und beim Blick aus dem Fenster direkt über den Schloßplatz auf das Schloß fühlt frau sich wie eine Prinzessin 👑 Am Frühstückstisch schaut man aus dem Fenster auf die schicke Schloßuhr. Der Aufzug ist natürlich auch praktisch (wenige Stufen runter ins Untergeschoss zur Fahrstuhltür und schon ist man im 4. Stock). Trotz teilweise kaltem Regenwetter hatte ich eine sehr gute Zeit, habe mich gut erholt und werde die Wohnung vermissen. Ein Hinweis noch: Da Küche und somit Kühlschrank in der 1-Zimmer-Wohnung quasi offen zugänglich sind, sollten Leute mit leichtem Schlaf sicherheitshalber Oropax mitnehmen, da natürlich der Kühlschrank dann und wann anspringt. Mit Oropax hört man ihn aber nicht mehr und ansonsten ist die Wohnung muchsmäuschenstill. Fazit: Sehr zu empfehlende Fewo, auch für Alleinreisende!

Wonderful

The little roof appartment was charming, just right for a couple. The place is clean and tastefully furnished. The church bells would go often to announce the time but still was kind of romantic and a nice way to wake up and enjoy the beauty of this town and the lake. We enjoyed it very much

Tolle Unterkunft

Sehr schöne, gut ausgestattete Wohnung für zwei Personen. Tolle Lage. Alles prima. Es war sehr heiß während unseres Aufenthalts und blieb nachts, weil die Wohnung unter dem Dach liegt, doch sehr warm. Das ist aber auch der einzige Kritikpunkt.
