Why they chose this property

Halii Kai is a gem on the Big Island. It is the only condominium complex that has a licenses restaurant and bar, The Ocean Club, located at the oceanfront pool. This amenity is not included in the price of the rental. There is a resort fee of $25 per day, per condo. It includes the Ocean Club, workout hale, tennis and basketball/pickleball court and a putting green, along with community grilling stations in the courtyard and at the pool.
