A very elegant residence with 4 independent apartments which are very stylish and luxuriously furnished. Located between the two tourist hotspots Trogir (6km) and Split (14km) in a very quiet location and yet very central. The house veDachteresse with lounge furniture, Jacuzzi 2 pieces, grill, etc.

THE APARTMENT MARILLE IS ON THE 1ST FLOOR AND IS CONNECTED TO THE STAIRS HOUSE TO THE ACCESSIBLE ROOFTOP - WHICH IS DIFFERENT AND ONLY FOR THE USE OF THE TENANT.


THE HOUSE HAS AN UNDERGROUND GARAGE AND ITS OWN SHUTTLE SERVICE. THE BUS IS APPROX. 400 METERS FROM THE HOUSE WHICH SWIVES BETWEEN THE CITIES OF SPLIT AND TROGIR.


THE VILLA NICOLINA IS LOCATED IN A QUIET Jetty - DISTANCE FROM THE SEA APPROX. 900 METERS TO THE SEA. PERFECT CONNECTION FOR A VISIT TO TROGIR AND SPLIT AND ABOUT THE BEAUTIFUL BEACH PASSAGE IN KASTEL NOVI, WHICH CAN BE ABOUT APPROX. 4 KM AVAILABLE - WITH MANY RESTAURANTS CAFES ETC.

THE HOUSE HAS A RECEPTION WHICH IS MORNING AND AFTERNOON. FOR ANY QUESTIONS WE ARE AVAILABLE AT ANY TIME.

Alles tip top

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dieser Unterkunft. Alles war sehr sauber und gemütlich. Die Klimaanlage hat uns bei der Hitze sehr geholfen und auch eine Waschmaschine war vorhanden. Alles was man braucht. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Dachterasse war ein Traum. Den Sternenhimmel beobachten und dabei im Whirlpool liegen, wem gefällt das nicht. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert!
