The entire house is filled with light – fresh smelling and immaculately clean and uncluttered. It is tastefully furnished with attention to detail. Beautiful hard wood floors throughout, central AC and heat, ample closet space.
This is a stylish 3BR home that evokes all the comforts of home while making vacationing oh so simple. The kitchen is fully stocked with a stove, good cooking knives, microwave, coffee pot, all cookware and serving items.
There are two amazing patios – one with a barbeque and the other that is nicely shaded with anarondack chairs and a fire pit so you can enjoy all of the seasons.
The living room has a smart TV and plenty of comfortable seating and views of the lush green leaves of the gorgeous old trees that surround the house.
For those who have to get some work done while visiting Charlottesville, we have high speed internet and plenty of comfortable areas where you can set up your work space.
The house has 2 full baths, both with shower/tub combinations – one upstairs and one downstairs. We provide shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, & soap. There is also a hair dryer available for use.
