The furnished and renovated 4.5-room apartment with around 100m2 of living space is located on the top floor of the Chalet Fluehblüemli. The apartment is equipped with new furniture and offers a kitchen with dining area, a spacious renovated living area, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower/toilet. A private parking space is available directly next to the house.

The Jungfrau and V-Bahn Männlichen, the Grund and Terminal train stations, and the Hellbach outdoor swimming pool can be reached in just a few minutes on foot (250 m). The bus station to the village is in the immediate vicinity (30 m) and takes approx. 3 minutes.
The tourist tax of 5.20 per day and person is not included in the price.

Great location for a ski/sightseeing vacation

We spent a week in Grindelwald in March spending time both skiing and traveling around the area sightseeing. Doris, the host, came to check on us when we arrived and she was very helpful and responsive. The rental is on the 3rd floor of a chalet. It was very clean and updated. The kitchen and living areas were both large and comfortable enough for us to spread out and enjoy ourselves. My two daughters shared the room with twin bunks and my son had a separate space with a single bed. The master bedroom was spacious with a comfortable king bed for my husband and myself. There is no washer/dryer but we used Chalet Aurelia who washed/dried and folded a load for only 20 francs. The best part for us was the location. It is on a main road that leads from the Terminal train station to the downtown area of Grindelwald. We were able to walk easily with our luggage from the train station to the chalet. We were also able to easily walk to the Terminal train station and get on gondolas to head up the mountain. This was extremely helpful because the buses only ran until a little after 7:00pm so we were able to easily walk where we wanted to go even if the buses weren't running. This really made a difference when we wanted to do more sightseeing outside of Grindelwald. One night we took the last train to Grindelwald Terminal from Interlaken and then walked back to the chalet. There's also a bus stop just a few feet away from the house which we used frequently. We would highly recommend!
