The Space: When you walk up to the Craftsman by the Lake you will be greeted by an iconic front porch & step into a beautiful new build home. You can tell every little detail was thought of to enhance your stay & make your time in Coeur d’Alene simple & enjoyable with this spacious & conveniently located home.
The home has 4 bedrooms total with the ability to sleep 12 guests. Bedroom 1: King Bed Bedroom 2: Queen Bed Bedroom 3: Queen Bed Bedroom 4: 2 Twin sized trundle beds Living Room: Full Sofa Sleeper
LIVING SPACE| There is plenty of room to spread out, relax & enjoy what you love to do in this home. The front entryway has an added seating area overlooking the living room complete with a gorgeous fireplace, a tv mounted above & a comfortable wrap around sectional couch. Whether you are hanging out or enjoying a meal the whole group can spend time together as the dining space is situated between the kitchen & living room. Cooking is made easy in this completely updated kitchen with a gas burning stove top in the island, all small appliances, cookware, utensils, & glassware needed. The large fridge makes it easy for stocking up for your stay & the large island makes grabbing a quick bite to eat simple!
Upstairs you will find the game room! Hang out with your whole group with endless entertainment including a foosball table, shuffleboard, a bumper pool/card table & a TV. Bring your game console to use on the big screen TV in the game room. Plus, the space has lots of seating and its very own wet bar! You are guaranteed to make some memories up here when you are not exploring CDA!
BEDROOMS| There is a master bedroom complete with King sized bed, a desk for any work that may need to get done, a walk-in closet, and a very large shower with 2 waterfall shower heads.
There are two more bedrooms, each equipped with Queen sized beds.
The fourth bedroom has two twin trundle beds for a total of 4 twin beds.
Additionally, the house has a full size sofa sleeper in the living room!
OUTSIDE| Outside you will find a unique craftsman style porch perfect for sitting outside & enjoying your morning cup of coffee! Out back you can enjoy a private patio space at the outdoor dining set with a built in firepit into the table.

Getting Around: The city has ride-share vehicles available throughout, but you will be within walking distance to just about everything to see & do in downtown Coeur d’Alene. However, if you plan to venture out around the area or would rather drive then know there is parking waiting for you back at the house.

Other Things to Note: Before you arrive, here's some information to help you prepare for your stay: Check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. This home went beyond our expectations for being the place to be! The spacious kitchen that opens into the large living room, the incredible upstairs game room, the sound system that runs throughout the house… all of it made for an incredible friends getaway weekend that none of us will ever forget. The house was perfect for our golf trip. Plenty of room in the garage for all of our gear, no issues with the house. Biggest shower I’ve ever seen! Would definitely stay here again. Walking distance to breakfast, lunch and dinner spots.
House is great for families with 4 bedrooms. Spacious, clean and well-stocked. Game room is a nice bonus. Lots of fun playing shuffle board! Nice neighborhood and front porch was great in the mornings and evenings. AC and sound system work great. We would stay here again.
This is a beautiful home! It was the perfect fit for my family. We had both my own family (with teenagers) and my brother's family (with small children) as well as my parents together for Christmas. The kitchen is huge and was perfect for cooking Christmas dinner. There were so many fun activities for the children to do in the game/activity area, and there was plenty of space for everyone to relax. Lots of televisions so everyone was happy. We would definitely stay at this property again!
We had an amazing time at the Craftsman by the Lake! It accommodated our family of 10 well and it was a nice central location to downtown, the beach and the golf course. Very clean, check in and check out were very easy and great communication by the host. However, the house could add some additional amenities to make a stay for a large group more enjoyable. For example, there are no blankets in the house (for the couches), only 2 dish towels in the kitchen, and only 1 roll of paper towels was provided. If you have a house that can accommodate up to 14 people, these are items that if provided in higher quantities, would be appreciated especially for a week long stay. Additionally, there are no beach towels, chairs, umbrella, toys, etc. Given the proximity to the lake/beach, a few of these items would have been nice to have. Overall, I would recommend this house though, we did really enjoy our stay!

The kitchen could use some additional items. It was short a couple of pans - a pancake griddle and a larger pan for bacon It also could use a toaster that works. There were plenty of towels for the 8 people that stayed which was much appreciated. Beach towels were even included. A couple of beach chairs might be a good thing to stock. Upstairs there is what is supposed to be a wet bar. My advice would be to have a microwave and a drink refrigerator installed. Otherwise this area is wasted space and not utilized. The internet was difficult to connect to. Could this be improved? For some reason the upstairs thermostat kept resetting at 55 degrees which made it fairly chilly until we reset it. Perhaps that could be checked out also. We did our best to leave the house in reasonable order. Thank you

We could not have asked for a better location or property. I’m fit all of our needs. The kitchen was well stocked and had lots of seating for all of us. We would stay here again in a heart beat.
