The 2-room apartment with balcony, is located between the Leipzig City (3 km) and the Leipziger Neuseenland (5 km) and near the famous pubs mile "Karli".

The central location guarantees you a very good traffic connection, alternatively with bus and tram. Directly across the street you will find a good Italian restaurant and nearby a supermarket for your private shopping.

Erlebnis der besonderen Art

Nach langjähriger Ferienwohnungserfahrung auch im Ausland wird uns diese, bzw. der Vermieter, nachhaltig in Erinnerung bleiben. Was als entspannter Urlaub begann, endete in einer -aus unserer Sicht unnötigen- aber leider kleinkarierten Auseinandersetzung. Kurzfassung: FeWo bereits 06/22 gebucht und komplett bezahlt. Mit Verweis auf Beherbergungssteuer (5% d. Mietpreises) durch die Stadt Leipzig seit 03/23, verlangte der Vermieter vor Ort eine Barzahlung, zu der er gemäß FeWo-Direkt nicht berechtigt gewesen ist. Hinterher stellten wir fest, dass er uns zu viel hat zahlen lassen. Dies war ein unangenehmer Überraschungsmoment für uns bei der Wohnungsübergabe als Familie mit 10 Monate altem Säugling. Keine Quittungsausstellung - dies erst nach schriftlicher Aufforderung, aber nicht über die korrekte Summe. Rückforderung unsererseits des zu viel gezahlten Barbetrags. Seitens des Vermieters aggressives Verhalten. Schließlich doch Rücküberweisung mit Betreff „Kulanz“. Seiner Mitwirkungspflicht zur Eintreibung der Steuer wäre er auch durch Meldung an die Stadt Leipzig nachgekommen. Unterm Strich hat ein Mann im gestandenen Alter einer jungen Familie unberechtigt Geld abgenommen und uns im Nachhinein noch der Lüge bezichtigt. Dies hinterlässt bei uns Fassungslosigkeit. So etwas ist uns deutschland- und weltweit in den bisher vielen Ferienwohnungen noch nie passiert.

Gut und günstig

Die Wohnung liegt relativ ruhig und wurde von uns für die Unterbringung von zwei Handwerkern angemietet. Die Ausstattung ist gut, praktisch die Nähe zum Auwald und zum Connewitzer Kreuz (Supermarkt, Haltestelle, Bank etc.)
