1) had every thing you might need 2) close to two pools on property plus exercise and game rooms 3) easy access to Kennebunkport via Log Cabin Road 4) close to excellent Mike's diner and super seafood truck 5) easy access to Portland via Biddeford Connection 6) nice neighbors across the street 7) Hannaford just down the road 8) Otto's tasty pizza not far in Biddeford 8) Duffy's is a good option 9) excellent base for exploring area.
