Cozy A-Frame with Million Dollar Views!

Brand new to the market is this adorable and cozy A-Frame. Located on Ptarmigan Mountain, you will feel like you are miles away from civilization even though you are only a few hundred feet from restaurants, stores, and too many activities to list. Enjoy the absolutely stunning views from your expansive deck complete with hot tub and grill. Steps away is a brand new dry sauna with a glass viewing bubble to take in the scenery. This is the escape you have been looking for!

The A-Frame is 800 square feet of living area with an additional open air bedroom accessed by a ladder. The bedroom has a high end queen memory foam mattress. Additional guests can stay on a foldable queen memory foam mattress that can be set up in the living room. The couch can also sleep one or two additional people. The property has just under an acre of space and can fit multiple cars including trailers and toys etc. Guests have access to the entire property however the owner does have trailers and snowmobiles parked on site and out of the way. The house is on well water which does have a slight sulfur smell to it. It is all filtered and completely fine to drink, but just want to give guests a heads up. The water comes from an aquifer 300 feet below the property, so every shower is essentially a mineral bath :)

Great Weekend in a Cozy Cabin

My wife, my dog and I spent the weekend in this cabin. Our stay was wonderful and Todd was extremely responsive with questions we had. We especially enjoyed the hot tub on the deck and would love to come back again! 10/10

Cozy cabin with lots of extras.

Cozy cabin with great views. It was fully stocked with everything we needed. Our daughter loved the oversized pillow for sleeping. The sauna was a huge hit too! The water did have a sulfer smell.

Many benefits and a few considerations

Great view, nice property. Need to be able to climb a ladder to get yo the bedroom. Bathroom very small with a tiny bathroom stool and shower combination area. Great view, good location, plenty of towels and sleeping area. Close to town but doesn't feel like it. Great shelf space. Plenty of extras.

Todd's A-frame truly has a million-dollar view, and that was the highlight of our stay. The cabin itself is cozy, unique, and stocked with plenty of games and activities. The hot tub was fantastic, and the sauna was a really cool feature that made the property feel special.Unfortunately, there were several issues that significantly impacted our experience. We found mouse droppings on the kitchen counters, cereal left in one of the beds, pink insulation blown all over the property, and trash scattered around outside. These cleanliness issues were disappointing.The biggest problem was the heat. During our stay, temperatures were unusually high, and the cabin reached around 89F inside with very little airflow. We spent two days extremely uncomfortable because there were no fans, and we had been instructed not to bring one. While we understand heat waves aren't the owner's fault, some accommodation for guest comfort would have made a huge difference.We weren't planning to mention these issues in a public review because we expected them to be handled privately. However, after only being offered a 375 refund (about one night's stay), we felt the resolution didn't adequately reflect the combination of cleanliness problems and the loss of comfort for two days.If you're staying here, I'd recommend checking the sheets and kitchen counters when you arrive, and if you're visiting during the summer, bring a fan if possible despite the house guidance.
