You will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Desk in the kitchen and bedroom for traveling business enthusiasts. We are renting out entire upstairs suite as 2 bedrooms , bathroom, kitchen, living room with đź“ş tv. Huge patio areas(5 sitting areas ). The front has a small seating area too. This is a home with two suites (up/down), separate access, separate kitchen, separate living room, sep bath/bedroom.

2 bedrooms and a beautiful full size bathroom. Desk in the kitchen and one of the bedrooms to give your work and vacay life stylish variety. Beautiful wood countertops and new white cabinets which is fully stocked with all your kitchen needs.

The entire upstairs has a private entrance. The patio in the back and the carport area is shared with downstairs suite whom has a separate entrance etc

Super cute house

We loved staying at this house. The beds are really comfortable and the house is really cute. Loved that there was plenty of hot water for everyone. We would definitely stay here again.

A comfortable and convenient stay

The place was just as described: comfortable, spacious, easy parking, and convenient for anyone visiting the Denver area. The host was kind and responsive and the check-in process was super easy. Noise does travel between the downstairs and upstairs units, so if someone is staying downstairs you may hear them, but that didn't impact the quality of our stay.

Excellent choice

The house is in a quiet neighborhood and I felt completely safe. All of the rooms were very clean and well stocked. The bed was comfortable. The decor with live plants, books and games made it homey.

Perfect home for a longer stay

This house was everything we needed for our 12 night stay in Denver. Having 2 bedrooms was excellent, was very quiet at night, and the kitchen was extremely well stocked with cooking tools. Bedding very comfortable and slept great here. Close to freeway and only a 20 minute drive to downtown. Felt safe and comfortable here and highly recommend.

Great Fit

The location, the setup of the house and the amenities provided were perfect for our stay. It's exactly what we needed to support our National Western Stock Show week of showing livestock. Loved the quiet neighborhood and convenience to get to the NWSS complex each day. It was a great bonus to have access to the washer and dryer mid-stay.

Early June Twin Lakes Stay

We loved our time staying here. The host was there when we arrived to help us check-in, get settled and answer any immediate questions we had. Throughout our stay she was very responsive to any questions that popped up and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was a good one. You can tell she truly cares about the experience and ensuring guests have a satisfactory stay. Location was great for all of our needs. We traveled from Downtown, to Colorado Springs to Estes Park and it was a nice, central location.

Girls Denver trip

Easy check in, 2 rental units in 1 house so able to hear other renters. Smokers could consider using outdoor furniture at back of property away from the house. Easy Driving distance to area events, and train station to downtown. Safe neighborhood that we walked every morning.

Wonderful spot for a few days away

I flew in from Texas to spend my son’s birthday with him. My son always wants a home cooked meal made by mom. The kitchen was big enough to make a meal from scratch exactly how I have always done, even while on vacation. The rooms are nice, the bathroom was clean, and the host checked in to make sure I had everything I needed and was extremely responsive to messages. The neighborhood is quiet and in a lovely area. Sometimes the neighbors downstairs were quite loud and would slam the doors which would startle us, but I am sure we probably made noises they weren’t expecting either.

Nice getaway

Everything was good. The only real complaint is the floors are thin and we heard the people downstairs. The first set spoke loudly and were up really early and woke us. The second came in after midnight and kept us up.

It’s a nest thermostat. She had control the whole time. She wanted the temp to change asap and I explained temp adjustment is like ice melting. Give it a little time. I’ve never been yelled at by a guest before. Every call she made to us were demanding/yelling. She asked me to manually adjust temp during the stay every morning and at night. Like a personal concierge, which I did as I was asked. Then she asked me to adjust when she returned to the house- I told her more than once she can change the thermostat by moving it up or down. She turned the air to 61 degrees after we told her not to because it would break the unit. We had to call her again to not turn it to 61 because it will break the unit. This was due to her wanted the temp to change asap as she got back to the house—-instead of waiting for the temp to adjust to her desired setting. On top of that we bought a brand new mobile swamp cooler $200 just for her but when we delivered it, she said all was fine. We did this within two hours of her complaint. Air conditioning unit is fine. This was to try and please her. Then she turned up the air because it was too cold. This was a very …..challenging guest for us.
