Only 1 block off Main St. & 1 mile from the beach.

3 floors with 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 queen size beds, a loft with 3 twins, 3 1/2 baths and a beautiful view.

Fully functional kitchen and spacious dining area. Patio seating and gas grill on a balcony overlooking the Pigeon River.

Although you may not want to with all of the fun happening around town, you can wind down watching Hulu, Disney+ or ESPN on our 60 inch flat screen TV equipped with surround sound while the kids play the Nintendo Switch provided.

Stayed here for a work trip. Condo was very clean and bed was comfortable. Fishing in the canal behind the house was a very nice way to unwind at the end of the day!

Great Accommodations!

Perfect for a short weekend of a longer week. All the necessities needed to dine in with restaurants close enough to dine out. Plenty of bathrooms, great showers, not issues with hot water supply.

We had a great stay here.

The property felt new and well-maintained. Its location was very convenient for us. We were able to keep our bikes in the garage and enjoyed sitting out on the deck. The neighborhood was nice and we enjoyed walking around. Responses from the owners were prompt and friendly. Beds were comfy and the AC had no problems keeping up with some hot temps. We felt very comfortable during our stay. We would definitely come back.

Cheeseburger Fest Getaway!

This was awesome. We were walking distance from everything including the beach. The property was great, exactly as pictured and listed. Easy check in/out and great communication with the host. Bring extra trash bags and laundry soap, everything else is just like home. Lots of parking space!

Spacious clean home close to downtown

We loved our stay in Caseville this week! Jamie was great and the yummy coffee was a nice to start the day. The kids broke into the games on our rain day and in the evening. It is difficult to find nice homes close to the beach that are also pet friendly 🐕 The home is well maintained, beds are comfortable and even the teenagers commented that they really liked having their own bathrooms 😊 we definitely recommend and would stay again in the future!!

This location is directly on the canal - it is far enough outside of town that you can get some peace and quiet, but also close enough where a 5-10 minute walk will put you in the middle of the excitement.
