Great location, house was clean and had everything we needed. Great spot for families and special getaways! Hot tub was perfect for late night showers soak after a day full of fun. Had some issues with getting into the house as the door code(s) provided did not work, called property manager and after a few they were able to assist with getting inside the property. Listing is a bit misleading when it says 12acre view as the trees around the house have not been well cared for in order to see most of the view.

The house was nice, had a beautiful view, and in a nice neighborhood. However, we were emailed and texted an incorrect door code. It took us over 45 minutes to access the home once arriving. Then we were never sent the correct code. We only had it because someone in the group saved it to notes as the rental company kept giving us various 10 Digit door codes.

Great Air

Great house with a view!!

Great location central to all the hiking, fishing and local joints. Back deck view is amazing. Hot tub is secluded on the side of the house but still has views of the trees and woods.

Our family - 6 adults - had a wonderful stay. Plenty of room, well stocked kitchen (it could have been a little cleaner. I had to wash several items before using them), awesome view from the deck.

The house was stocked with books, games and kitchen too. It also had great wi-fi. Beautiful views. Hot tube was excellent. Of course the drive up the mountain was twisty but to be expected for the view and being in the mountains. Great property!

Best place yet!

We come to Beech Mountain twice a month all summer and have rented many other places. The layout of this house is amazing. Everything you could ever need in the kitchen. Great views! Hot tub is a plus. Very clean. So quiet and relaxing. Will definitely stay here again!!!!

Brews and Views Beech Mountain

Booked this rental for a ski trip. It was a great location, only 8 minutes to Beech mountain ski resort slopes. The view were amazing and the hot tub was very relaxing in the snow. the showers were poor quality and very limited hot water. Other than that the house was very clean and cozy.

Family fun

This property is all about family fun. Plenty of board games to entertain the kids and internet. Less than 10 minutes from the top of beech mountain and 45 minutes from crab orchard falls and even less time to grand father mountain. The hot tub was clean and ready to use on check in and the kitchen is fully stocked. The view is beautiful but secluded you cant see either property on the same side of the road and the common areas of the house arent seen from the road so having the windows open wasnt uncomfortable. If youre on the fence i highly recommend this property you wint be disappointed.

Good House for Large Family

The house is great for a large family. The hot tub is a nice added touch. and there are wonderful views out the back window/doors to drink coffee or have a drink at the end of the day. The house was in a nice, peaceful neighborhood with many deer roaming around. It is off the main road, so if it snows it will take a little while for the plow to come around. We recommend 4 wheel drive for anyone going in winter as the house is on a steep hill and we got snowed in for half a day while waiting for the plow. The house is only a 5 minute drive from the resort, restaurants, the golf course. Good WiFi for those that have to work. We would definitely stay again.

Great Location and Plenty of Room

The house was very clean and spacious and was well supplied with anything you'd need, the kitchen especially. The upper porch had a great view of the valley below and while not secluded the area around the house was very quiet and peaceful. The location also offered plenty to do nearby on Beech Mtn and in the neighboring towns. I'm only giving 4 stars because we ran into various plumbing related issues. The downstairs toilet handle was broken, and the toilet in the master had trouble flushing even a bit of toilet paper down. We also had some trouble getting the master bath's shower to work.

My family had a glorious fall weekend at your rental home!! It was exactly as you advertised and met our every need! The view was incredible off both decks! My granddaughter loved the hot tub and the gas logs fireplace! It was clean and very well appointed. We are older citizens and did not know how the entry code/door locks worked but after given your manager a call she was so professional and patient and walked us through the procedure. She then called two other gentleman who came to make sure we were comfortable! Unbelievable! I have owned vacation homes in the mountains and at the coast but this is my first experience with your organization! I could not be more satisfied! I hope to use you in the future. Thank you for a great experience!!!

Vacasa is the WORST!

The owner's home was wonderful so this review has nothing to do with Brews & Views. However, Vacasa was HORRIFIC to deal with. First, we weren't able to check in until 6:30 pm. Next, the hot tub didn't get warm enough and the water level was too low. The cleaning crew didn't leave a kitchen garbage bag. The cleaning crew left the gas grill open and there was water in it when we arrived. Thankfully it did work. This management company is terrible and I won't rent another home where Vacasa manages the home.

Great location! Beautiful views!!

Overall a solid rental. Great location and proximity to Beech Mountain ski sresort for winter skiing and tubing. Well supplied house. Small issue with keycode getting into the house but a quick phone call and that was resolved. I would like to say the cleaning service that is used needs to be reviewed and/or audited. Obvious signs of food, dirt, and misc debris on the floor. Doubtful home was vacummed or at the least not vaccumed well. Likewise 2 beds had noticeable dirt/hair on linens. Were they changed? Or just made. Check in supplies (dishwasher pods) were not as listed. Just a few things that "make a stay" were missing. My wife and I own a rental property on Amelia Island so perhaps we are overly critical but the company we use to manage and clean our home are extremely sharp and we have never had a complaint from a guest on arrival. One other note. The listing states "no pets" yet there was a dog bed in one of the bedrooms. My daugher who does not do well with dogs was just fine but we do hunt out vacation properties that are "no pets" for that reason. For the price this place is great and again you can't beat the location or the views!!!!

Excellent view but needs better upkeep

The view from your balcony is beautiful! Please make sure to spend time on property upkeep!! We had no propane for the grill, the flush on the toilet was broken, the hot tub took a day to get up to temperature, the dining table hadn't been wiped down, kitchen cabinet contents were not organized and contained random items, etc. My family flew in from different areas of the country to see each other for a brief weekend. We had a great time traveling around Beech Mountain and enjoying the beautiful views, so we appreciated having a place to stay. However, there are several items that you need to address before your property looks more weathered and goes into disrepair. It seems as though this property is owned by a large property management corporation and doesn't have an individual owner who has pride in their place. When I had an issue with the propane tank and hot tub, I think I was linked to a foreign call center for help. I do appreciate getting a new propane tank for the grill; however it took about a day to get the tank. I would add "check the level of propane" to your cleaning protocol between guests. In my experience I paid quite a bit for our two night stay and I expected to walk into a place that had better upkeep. Our family has stayed at multiple cabins and vacation rentals over the last 20 years and yours did not match the upkeep of the other places. So my advice to you is to not neglect the upkeep on this property; it truly is a beautiful location.

Great house

Girls weekend and the house was perfect. The house is very well stocked and spacious. It was clean upon arrival and we could check in early if we wanted. The parking can be tricky but definitely no more than three vehicles. The tv in the living room is literally mounted where a chair is located. That leaves that chair unusable. The other couches are very comfortable. We never could get the gas fireplace to light so that was disappointing. We did email for someone local to assist us but the emails were slow to get answered, therefore no one ever came. I did see a local number to call for help but that was on the day we were leaving. I’d consider staying at this property again.
