Excellent and well-stocked property. We particularly liked the privacy with the canal and park behind the pool area. Was also nice to be close to the walking trails at the community center.

Excellent Vacation

This home had everything needed for a relaxing and refreshing stay. The stocked kitchen was very much appreciated and made cooking “at home” very easy. We enjoyed the pool, even on some cooler days, a walking path that was a quick two minute drive and the farmers market in Englewood is a must!!

Tranquil and Refreshing

Lovely home with a great pool! Comfort galore—beds, recliners, etc. Even beach chairs, umbrellas and a wagon for an easy beach excursion. This home had every amenity we needed. Owners were quick to respond to our questions. The pool temp was perfect and we enjoyed it every day. Definitely recommend!

Outstanding stay

We had the pleasure of recently staying at this property and had a wonderful stay. The house is extremely clean with everything you can think of at your disposal. The pool was also very clean and very warm. The check-in and check- out process was seemless. The communication with the owners was excellent. The community it is located in was extremely nice and away. Manasota Key beaches are located less than a 20 minute drive away.I would 100% recommend this rental to friends and family and would love to stay again in the future.

Awesome Home

Thank you for providing such a beautiful home. We really liked the floor plan and way the rooms were arranged. There was plenty of space for us to enjoy different activities with our family. The pool was wonderful and we had so much fun swimming. The only suggestion I have is maybe provide a few ice cube trays since the ice maker isn't working. Other than that...definitely 5 stars!

We had a wonderful stay at this villa. The pool area was very private & the solar heating kept the pool at a lovely warm temperature. The house was very well equipped & had everything we needed. The house was spacious, comfortable & clean & was in a good location.

Perfect winter home

We truly enjoyed our month at this great home in Rotonda. We were lucky enough to stay the entire month of February and work from this lovely house. It had everything you could think of wanting, ample space for two people to work from different areas during the day, not bother each other’s conference calls, and plenty of bandwidth to accommodate. The kitchen and grill gave us all we needed to cook and have meals there, plenty of storage, dishes, ancillary needs all there, with several coffee options and a teapot. Seating was 4 at the kitchen table and 6 at the outdoor table with fan, which made this area really nice as well. (There is also a great dining table with 6 plus seating area, as seen in pics but we used that as one office :)). The pool was heated well and was plenty warm in the 70-80’s that we experienced during our time there, and we spent lots of hours on this quiet patio and pool area. All things you need for this are included at the home also, plenty of towels, lounge chairs, etc. and an outdoor half bath so you don’t have to walk into the house wet! Really a nice feature. It is also incredibly private with the water and empty lots beyond/behind that. There are bicycles provided and it is easy to ride right from the house. The house is about 8-9 miles, and 15-25 min (depending on time of day and traffic) from the beach and all you need for that is in the garage and house as well, coolers, chairs, umbrellas. The bed in the master was comfy (didn’t use the other 2) and the bathroom was roomy with a nice walk in shower with great water pressure! The family room was also nice for tv when that is wanted, comfy couches and chairs, nice big tv. All in all, we loved our stay here and hope to come back again! Finally, the owner and the people who care for the home were super responsive the whole time, with any questions before booking to welcoming us there and during and after our stay checking in!! Don’t hesitate to book here!
