Apartment on the Rittergut Bömitz

At the gates of the island of Usedom (approx. 20 minutes) the Rittergut Bömitz offers you with a newly renovated and Scandinavian-style holiday apartment a place to relax away from the hustle and bustle of the city - an oasis of relaxation.

The apartment (approx. 65sqm) for max. 4 people is in the 1st Floor of a former stable building with farmhouse charm on the 3-hectare estate ensemble, which is under monument and nature protection, with the over 400-year-old estate oaks.

The living room

The apartment offers a view of the park, the historic bell chair, the herb garden and the orchards with a stream in front. From the bedrooms you have a view of the rose roundel.

The accommodation is equipped with 2 bedrooms (beds can be separated or put together as required), a living / dining room with a fully equipped kitchen and a shower room.
Directly at the house with a view of the park there is also an outdoor seating area for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

In the approx. 3 hectare park there are appropriate oases of calm, a barbecue area, tea house, outdoor chess and a small playground. Table tennis, table football, badminton, boccia and other sporting activities, but also grazing sheep, Swedish flower chickens and of course the 5 farm cats complete the offer.

Chilled drinks and a small fruit bowl are ready for you on arrival. You can also purchase other drinks and small items for your daily needs on the estate.

The small village Bömitz is located in the triangle Insel Usedom - Wolgast - Anklam and about 30 minutes from the Hanseatic city of Greifswald. The nearest Baltic Sea beach is about 25 minutes away by car.

A cot can be provided at an additional cost.

There are parking spaces in front of the building.

Other important information

Important: A one-time fee of € 7.50 per person is charged for bed linen and towels. There is also a one-time fee of € 30 for final cleaning. Both fees are included in the price when booking.
In addition, a deposit of € 250 is due before arrival at the manor. The deposit will be included in the price when booking and will be refunded accordingly after departure.
