Superb Location

This property was a gem in terms of location to the historic district. Only a block from Forsyth Park, very quiet, and such a kind property owner.

I serve as host for events that occur regularly at Brockington Hall: lectures, wedding receptions, etc.

Why they chose this property

The location cannot be beat for visitors and residents alike. It is one block from famed Forsyth Park and convenient to walk or ride free on shuttle buses to downtown and the river front. Both supermarket and liquor store are close by neighbors. Shops and restaurants and tourist sites are all walkable.

What makes this property unique

You are staying in one of Savannah's landmark properties. Built in 1882 for a famed physician., this home is distinguished by its historical features that reflect a lifestyle dating back to the end of the Civil War. The property is listed on the tours as one of the remarkable mansions from the historic district. .
