Charming home, large yard, garage, quiet neighborhood!

Vacationing or transitioning between homes? On an extended stay for the amazing outdoors? Perfect location if you're looking for a quiet, non-pretentious small town neighborhood, under blue sky days, and star-filled sky nights! This comfortable home boasts a large back yard with fruit trees, fully enclosed on all sides for dogs. It's fully furnished, including a basic office space. Soft water tank, fiber optic WiFi, spacious garage, some storage space available for guests. Please read cancellation policy.

The space:
This is a 3 bedroom home, 2 for guests, 1 set up as a basic virtual office (a desk, table, and roller chair). Most guests are party of 2, and pricing reflects that. So there will be a nominal fee for extra guests (3+). Please be honest. :)
Guest access
Entire house! This is your home away from home, and I ask that it be treated as if it were your own property and neighborhood. I allow dogs for an extra fee. Guests more than 2 are allowed however there will be an additional fee for added bedroom cleaning and utilities. I keep the price fair for just couples since that is most of my reservations. Some shelving in the garage for storage is available, parking allowed in garage for 1 car but there is plenty of street or gravel space for an RV or other car.
Other things to note
Wifi is powerful fiber optic as of 10/2021. Cable no longer included since most guests stream via WiFi. Dogs are typically allowed, at an additional charge. Please be respectful and don’t take things you didn’t come with including dishes, and utensils or tools. Yes, that’s really happened! If something is damaged, I understand accidents happen so please take ownership: stains, rips, something broken…we can work out something to correct it. Lastly, because guests are long term, everyone is responsible for their own paper and soap and hygiene goods. However, most people are very kind and leave extra for the next guest. There’s a store nearby if anything is missing that you need.

Wonderful host

My husband and I stayed here and absolutely loved it. Well kept home and extremely kind and responsive host. We would love to come stay here again and cannot recommend it enough!

Great Location!

The location was perfect for us. Close to Zion, but in a quiet community. The home was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Great restaurants close by along with grocery stores and gas stations.

Thanksgiving Weekend 2022

We found the property just as described. It was very clean and ready when we arrived. We had a dog with us and appreciate it being dog friendly especially the fenced-in back yard. Communication with the owner was easy and she was very responsive. I would stay here again!

Home Away from Home

This was the perfect get away. Everything and more that could have been needed. Very clean and exactly as described. The fur babies felt at home as well as we did! Perfect location for everything we wanted to explore within decent driving distance! Host was super welcoming and helpful when needed! Will definitely stay again, and recommend to others!!

Great place

Excellent location, peace and quiet , 30 minutes to Zion , Kolob Canyon , Snow Canyon. House is very clean , kitchen , washer , dryer and specious garage where you can park. Beautiful backyard. Great communication with your host. Really recommend. Thank you so much for everything. It was great time to stay in this house .

Great location, awesome house.

We enjoyed our stay. House was extremely clean and well organized. Great fenced in backyard for the fur babies, no grass area but that wasn’t a problem for us. Only one night stand in the primary but I moved the folding table from the office into the bedroom to use on my side. I loved being able to use the garage.

Angela was probably the best host ever. I have stayed in many vacation rentals over the last 7-10 years, and she was the best! The home was very clean, comfortable and had a great view. The neighborhood was so quiet, and the people were so friendly. I had to call Angela a couple of times and she responded faster than any host in the past. Fall 2024

This property was immaculate. Everything about it was perfect. My small cocker spaniel Whitney loved the house, but especially the fenced in backyard. Loved the fact that we did have access to the garage. We were able to put our trailer and side by side in the garage so on days we didn't take out the side by side, we knew it was safe. I know that we are planning another trip in the area in a couple of years and I hope that this house is still available.

Great home away from home

We very much enjoyed our stay, my wife and I, as well as our dogs. Communication with the owner was easy, not intrusive, and she was very flexible and accommodating with our requests. The modern home is in a nice, safe area. Everything needed was provided. We were very comfortable. Location relative to Zion park, Sand hollow, 4x4 trails, parks for walking the pups, and shopping couldn’t be better. We saved tons of money by grilling on the patio and relaxing by the fire pit after our daily excursions. The bonus garage was awesome and the water softener system provided silky smooth showers, which were welcome after a previous week roughing it in cabins and campgrounds. We hope to visit south Utah often, and this home will be on our short list to book again. Thank you!
