Pet Policy

★ Max 2 Pets per stay and must be listed on reservation guest total.

★ Must be 40 lbs or less.

★ Pets are $75 per pet

★ Must be potty-trained, crate-trained, and crated at night and when home alone.

★ Dog owner is responsible for waste pick up and removal from yard (we provide poo bags)

★ Dogs must be on leash at all times when outside

★ Please be aware of the wildlife surroundings; Home Owner is not responsible for lost or injured pets

★ If cabin is damaged by your dog, which includes, but is not limited to, excessive amounts of shedding, furniture that has been chewed on, mud from their feet or unexpected surprises, including fleas, or urine/feces, you will be notified and charged for the excessive wear.

★ No Pets on furniture

★ We recommend bringing a few old towels with you to wipe off their feet after going outside, especially in the wet months, as Tennessee Red Clay is inevitable
