Mexico has given us countless memories—its warm people, vibrant culture, incredible food, world-class fishing, and golf. We chose Copala at Quivira because it offers the best of both worlds—serene oceanfront living within a secure, master-planned community, yet only minutes from the heart of Cabo San Lucas. The neighborhood is surrounded by dramatic Pacific views, Jack Nicklaus–designed golf, access to Pueblo Bonito Restaurants, and a community pool. It’s a place where we can truly unwind, enjoy nature’s beauty, and still have easy access to the marina, restaurants, and nightlife when we want it.

Spacious layout for groups – Our villa has 5 bedrooms including 2 private casitas, each with ensuite bathrooms. That mix of privacy + community living is perfect for multi-family groups, retreats, or friends traveling together.
Unobstructed Pacific views – Our guests enjoy the panoramic oceanfront scenery right from the terrace and bedrooms, which isn’t true of every Copala property.
Home comfort – The freedom of a private villa with a full kitchen, terrace, and BBQ.
Location balance – Guests get a quiet, secure retreat in a gated community, while still being just minutes to Cabo Marina, dining, and nightlife. Many listings in downtown Cabo can’t offer that combination.
