The kids room has family-suited bunk beds, electrical outlet with USB charger and light next to each side of the build in bunk beds. Each bed has its own private space. This bunk bedroom is equipped with a smart t.v. The large open living and dining area offers plenty of space for large groups of family and friends. The house is equipped with high-speed internet and premium cable channels. Prepare your favorite meals in the stylish, fully stocked kitchen. The formal dining table offers seating for eight with additional stools around the island. Electrical outlet and USB charger on each side of the kitchen island. The patio situation is pretty stacked with amenities too! Enjoy the pool and enough furniture for a small crowd. You could stay cool under the covered patio space! We had 6 ladies for a birthday/reunion for 4 days. The house was perfect for relaxing, visiting and enjoying catching up. Spacious, everyone had their own bathroom, and the kitchen was open and perfect for socializing.We made use of the pool and the deck the entire weekend and loved our stay! TV was easy to use - which is important during football season. Easy and short drive or walk to the beach. Loved it and highly recommend.

Gem In Sea Isle

We had a great time at this rental - it was beautifully decorated, had all the amenities we needed and accommodated all ages. It was also wonderful to have a secluded beach within a short walking distance! We would definitely stay here again the next time we are in Galveston.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was very clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen was fully equipped. Having the pool was a huge plus. We love the convenience of the Marina in this neighborhood. We cooked most meals at the house, but had a couple of outings to the restaurant/bar at the marina.The host was great!! There was never an issue trying to reach him. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Jamaica beach house

Loved the roominess in the house. The outside and pool were great for our 6 grandkids. Grandson caught some fish and crabs off the canal as well. Great place to vacation!

We enjoyed our time at this rental so much! It had everything that we needed. The master bathroom was luxurious, and all the rooms were very comfortable. The kids had a great time in the pool and the outdoor space was very private. We can’t wait to go back again!

Excellent rental for the whole fam!

The whole family had a great time in this awesome beach house. We played hard all day at the beach, in the pool, on the chipping green and at the end of the day we cooked dinner in the spacious kitchen and slept in comfortable beds. What a week!

Family getaway

We had a great time at this beautiful home. Plenty of space to spread out and our kids enjoyed the many outdoor amenities, when it wasn’t raining. We would definitely love to come back to this property as it had everything we needed. Angela was great to work with, and helped us when we had questions in a very timely manner. Great place for big families

The house is beautiful, open and roomy. The bathrooms were well stocked with toiletry items and towels, as well as kitchen stocked with dish soap, trash bags, etc.....My family thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor kitchen, putting greens, pool, and golf cart. Nice quiet neighborhood and so close to the beach! Host was quick with answering questions.

Perfect House

The house was perfect for our trip with kids and adults, it was decorated perfectly, the bedroom/bathroom layout worked well, and was stocked with everything we needed. The only drawbacks were the mosquitoes that came with being on a canal and the pool heater was broken. Neither stopped us from enjoying our trip and we would definitely book again.

Perfect for family vacation

The home completely exceeded every expectation we had. The rooms were very clean and the layout of the house was very nice and extremely spacious. The pool was perfect and our kids spent a lot of time enjoying themselves. The location was a short short walk (or easy drive) to a nice beach and stores. The community was very quiet and safe. Angela was an amazing host easy to get into contact with and ensured we had a great time. We would stay there again without hesitation and will be recommending to others. Thanks for making a week with family an amazing memory for us!

"Angela: Our family thoroughly enjoyed the beach house. It is the perfect beach house for our extended family. The interior of the house is fresh and clean and recently updated with an open concept and is well furnished. There was plenty of seating for all at meal time. The pool and covered area downstairs was the go to spot for the whole family. The sno-cone machine in the apartment was a great hit. The beach was just 10 minutes away and the golf cart was handy for just driving in the neighborhood and going to and from the beach. As for suggestions to improve, more towels, hand towels, and wash cloths in the bathrooms would be good as we went through these quickly with our crowd. Maybe some hangers in the closets. Also, the ice machine on the counter in the kitchen is a great add, but we could not get it to work. The front door has settled a bit and is a bit tricky to lock from the outside. We would definitely come back on a family vacay!"

Stay was great even considering some unexpected changes

We stayed 4 nights and on the way down the owner called me to tell me that there was a leak that essentially made the bottom downstairs apartment (full bath, bedroom, and living area) unusable. I realize this was out of their control and one of the things you deal with as home owners. I appreciate them reaching out and keeping in touch with me throughout our trip to ensure we were still enjoying our stay and that they had done what they can to make us as comfortable as possible. We still had a great stay and the owners made it right for us due to the unexpected circumstance. The pool and the outside grill/bar area was a big hit for our group. We even utilized the projector and screen to watch the UFC fight poolside which was so fun! I plugged my Apple TV into the receiver and it made it super simple. Also, the West End Marina is in the neighborhood. There is a restaurant and bar attached to it. We had a guided fishing trip and they cooked up our Black Drum and Speckled Trout for us and it was excellent! The kids even enjoyed some karaoke after we had dinner (so fun!). I highly recommend everyone going over there one evening. So to summarize, even with that unfortunate setback, we had an amazing time and would most certainly stay here again and suggest it to friends.

Great Thanksgiving Week!

We had a lovely and relaxing time with our family for Thanksgiving! Very clean and updated amenities. Great layout and big kitchen. Wonderful for multiple families. We loved how there were 3 king beds, a queen and the bunk room. Plenty of space. Very comfortable beds and loved the patio, outside bar/grill and pool area. Home owner are very attentive and responsive to questions and needs. We will be back!

Had a great time in Sea Isle with our close friends. House was extremely clean and as advertised. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed to cook for a group. Short drive to the beach access and it wasn’t crowded at all. Owners answered all questions in advance and even took a quick phone call to go over some items. Great rental
