Perfect for our needs. Clean and quiet location. I think some area rugs would make it feel a little cozier. Outside from needs curb appeal. Bushes trimmed porch cleaned up. Just cosmetic though. Great location and price.

The location of the house was great and the surrounding neighborhood and wooded area was really nice. I would suggest to the owner to provide a bit more kitchenware in the kitchen and possibly a bit more furniture in the living room. Overall, my family and i had a good time.

Wonderful place to relax! The location is convenient, the house is clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The hosts were very attentive and always ready to help. Great value for the price. We definitely recommend this place and would love to come back again!

The house was incredibly dirty on the outside, clearly hasn't been maintained in a very long time. There were no river views, as advertised. The deck falling apart, all the lights were destroyed, and the furniture was falling apart. None of the TVs in the rooms had remotes, rendering them useless. Not enough silverware. Overall in horrible shape. I'm very unsatisfied with this location.

Yes, it was close to our family members.It wasn’t very warm and welcoming. It was dirty (for me).A lot of work needed there. Especially the deck! Very unsafe. The check-in process was so-so, never was able to connect to internet.You don’t want me to up load the pics I took. Or, maybe you do?!

Serenity!

I recently stayed at this vacation rental. The location is absolutely perfect, nestled amidst stunning natural beauty with the Delaware River right in the backyard. The views of nature were breathtaking, and I loved waking up to the serene surroundings each morning. The property is centrally located, making it easy to visit New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. We enjoyed day trips to each state, knowing we could return to our peaceful retreat at the end of the day. One of the highlights was the ample patio and fire pit. It was a perfect spot for relaxation and making memories with loved ones. It's a true gem for anyone looking to escape into nature while still being conveniently located for exploring the tri-state area. We can't wait to return!

Cleanliness

The house was not clean, especially the kitchen. One of the bathrooms has many dead bugs and spider webs. The sliding door to get to the back deck was near impossible to open and close. It would also be nice to have a real wine glass instead of a plastic one. The house from the outside looked dirty and unkempt. The good part was the beds were comfortable and the outside yard was pretty.

Good location - has great potential

The property was beautiful and was in a great location for this visit to the area! It has so much potential! This rental worked for me and my pets. However, my one major complaint was the cleanliness; mostly the kitchen and bathroom. My suggestion is to use bleach or better cleaning products. The livingroom area and bedroom was very clean. This is supposed to be a 'vacation rental', people want and think expect CLEAN; every nook and cranny, the floors, the outside, etc! They have a beautiful deck/porch out the back that has a wonderful view of the backyard down into the woods! LOVED it; however, the railing was extremely unsafe and the cushions on the chairs and lounge looked like they have been left outside through a few winters; they were not inviting to sit on. No one sweeps or cleans the webs from this area or off of the house. The sliding door was extremely difficult to open and close! Everything mentioned here is easily remedied to make a great vacation rental much better!

This cozy house is perfect stay in the area. Close to food and nature! Check in and check out is seamless. House is clean and quaint.

Walking distance to the river

Me and my family had a great time staying at Edison's house. It was walking distance from the river (the calm side of it branching off from the main river) and had a forest behind it for the little ones to collect twigs for the firepit in back.

Great Host!

We stayed at this property for 2 nights while in the area visiting friends. The host was excellent to work with. He always responded immediately to any messages I sent with questions. He was even kind enough to let us check in early the day of arrival. The property was just what we needed for our stay. Because we spent a lot of time with friends we didn’t use the kitchen at all but it seemed to be very well stocked with everything one would need. The beds were very comfortable. The air conditioning worked well. We were very satisfied with our experience.

LegoLand Adventure

We stayed here for our LegoLand adventure. Easy short drive to the park. Very kid friendly with enough space for everyone. Highly recommend this place!
