3 bedrooms, 2 bath beach house for weekly/monthly rental. Master bedroom has queen bed, his/her sinks, walk-in closet. The second bedroom has two twin beds, and the final room includes a full sized bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you should need. All linens and towels will be supplied. Large outdoor porch with grill. Large fenced-in backyard, pet-friendly. Lots of parking available.

Located walking distance to the beach, about .30 miles.
Walking distance to 810 Bowling Alley.
Ten min drive to Tanger
Less than ten minutes to Barefoot Landing/House of Blues/Alabama Theatre
Walking distance to Taco Bell and Discount Beverage Store

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Trash goes to the road Tuesday night for Wed. Pickup. Trash also comes on Saturday morning. Please do both so that the can is empty for the next renter.
Please make sure golf cart is plugged in and keys are hanging by the door.
Please start towels before you leave, as these take the longest to dry.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Put up blinds if leaving pets home alone
Trash goes to the road Tuesday evening
Do not put A/C lower than 68 degrees
