About this property

Bearadise | Mountain Escape with Theater, Arcade & Hot Tub

Escape to Bearadise — where the mountains meet pure fun.
Tucked away on a private wooded lot in the Sky Harbor community, this expansive 2,000+ sq ft cabin is your perfect Smoky Mountain retreat. Perfectly positioned between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, you're minutes from all the action — and just 15 minutes from the entrance to Great Smoky Mountains National Park. But the moment you step inside, you won't want to leave.

The Space
This cabin was built for making memories. Three levels of thoughtfully designed space mean there's something for everyone:

Main Level — Gather in the inviting living and dining area, each with its own cozy electric fireplace. The spacious master suite is a true retreat, featuring a beautiful stacked stone soaking tub and a private ensuite bathroom. A queen sleeper sofa offers flexible sleeping space for all six guests.

Upper Level — Head upstairs to find a generous loft area with a pool table and video games — the perfect hangout spot. The second king bedroom impresses with its own soaking tub and private ensuite bath.

Lower Level (The Fun Zone!) — This is where Bearadise earns its name. A massive theater room sets the stage for movie nights, while the full arcade room keeps the fun going for hours. No quarters required!

Outside — Unwind in the large hot tub on the main deck as the mountain air surrounds you. Pure bliss after a day of adventuring.

Location
Nestled in the Sky Harbor community, you're perfectly situated between the excitement of Pigeon Forge's Parkway and the charm of Gatlinburg, with Great Smoky Mountains National Park just 15 minutes away. Your private wooded lot ensures peace, quiet, and that true mountain feel.
Please note: The cabin is located up the mountain with some steep and winding roads. 4WD or tire chains are strongly recommended during winter weather conditions. Parking is available directly in front of the cabin.

Bearadise is perfect for:

Families looking for a fun-packed getaway
Friend groups who want it all — relaxation AND entertainment

Perfect Getaway

Tucked away in a quiet spot just minutes from downtown, this cabin was great. The owner was quick to respond!! Wife and I had a great time, including reverting to being young with the arcade games, movie theater and relaxing in the hot tub. I will be booking again!!

Family Christmas vacation

We took our family to this cabin as their Christmas gift. We have two older teens and one younger child. There was never a moment where they were not enjoying themselves. This cabin is filled with stuff to do! The pool table was the highlight! This cabin was full of accommodations! It was super clean, super comfortable, the owners were in constant communication making sure everything was good! I have never stayed in a place that was privately owned and was this accommodating!!! Five stars is not enough to give this cabin! We will definitely be back and highly recommend this as a place to get away!!!!

Amazing Location & Experience!

Our family of 4 had such a great experience at this cabin. Wes and Amy were super easy to communicate with when we had questions prior to booking. The information provided for check in and out is extremely clear. The location is great if you like to be close yet feel far away from the busy towns. We really enjoyed being in between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge as we didnt have to deal with traffic of one town just to get to the other one. Also, being less than 15 minutes off the parkway, but almost at the top of the mountain was amazing. The roads are well paved, but are skinny. Take your time and stay to your side of the road and you should not have issues. We had no trouble getting in and out in the summer. The winter is likely a different story as you will for sure need AWD and possibly chains on your tires. Also, there wasn't a single day without seeing bears at the cabin! The cabin was very clean. We thought the king beds were very comfortable and kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We used the washer and dryer which allowed us to pack less clothes for the full week we stayed. There were more than enough towels supplied. The air conditioning worked great as it was 90 degrees all week. Our boys thoroughly enjoyed playing pool, using all of the arcade games and ending the evenings relaxing in the theater room. The decks were great to relax on and even though there are other cabins around, it still was peaceful sitting out there.

Perfect getaway!

This cabin is amazing!!! Everything that you want to do under one roof. My husband and I enjoyed playing the games- found out we are both pretty competitive. When it came time for bed we were extremely happy with the comfort of the beds and quietness of the area we enjoyed the much needed rest. We will definitely stay again!
