Dopo un lungo viaggio in auto, giungere tra gli ulivi e le colline, al solo suono delle cicale, è stato come un film! El balcon è una villa strepitosa M., è stato una presenza discreta ma efficiente! Piscina pulitissima ed il sistema di condizionamento davvero al top! Una vacanza per la nostra famiglia con bambini e adolescenti super!

Toda ella espectacular
La casa ha cumplido con todas las expectativas, hemos estado muy cómodos y tanto las habitaciones como los baños y cocina salon abierto muy completo. Exteriores de maravilla y con mucho sitios y rincones para disfrutar del aire libre,vistas y desconectar. Mucha tranquilidad en la zona. De fábula !!
Vaste & confortable maison idéalement placée pour rayonner en voiture et visiter Cordoue, Jaèn, Ubeza, et les villages d'Andalousie.
La propriété comporte un grand jardin dont un terrain de tennis et une grand piscine (un peu fraiche en fin octobre)
La maison est dans la campagne au dessus de Baena à 5 min en voiture.
Seul bémol, pour moi qui ne parle pas espagnol, j'ai eu un peu de mal à comprendre et me faire comprendre de Manuel qui gère la maison sur place.

Maison très spacieuse
Maison dans la campagne au dessus de Baena (5 min) très spacieuse avec un vaste jardin dans lequel il y a un tennis & une grande piscine (un peu fraiche fin oct). Idéalement placée pour rayonner en voiture & visiter Cordou, Jaen, Ubeda, ... La maison est confortable, sur 2 niveaux, la literie est bonne. Le seul bémol est que n'étant pas doué en espagnol j'ai eu du mal à comprendre et me faire comprendre de M.

Die Anlage liegt mitten in Olivenhaine und ist sehr schön, genau wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Wer Ruhe und Erholung braucht ist hier genau richtig. Für uns, wir waren 4 Personen, war das genau die passende Unterkunft.

En general la casa está muy bien. Exterior espectacular. Lo único que deben mejorar son los baños de la casa. En ninguno de los dos era posible poner el teléfono de la ducha y el que tiene jacuzzi no tragaba bien. Merecen una reforma.

Great place
Really great place for holiday with kids or only adults. Calm area with beatiful sights on near Baena town. Only one minor minus for lack of toleration due to covid situation, on June when we consider to change of date/cancel of our holidays we hear that there are no possibility. Second minor minus for not so nice smell of canalisation in the garden especially in the morning.

Belle demeure
Tres belle maison, nous avons passé une semaine a Noel tres agreable. Tres bien equipée et fonctionnelle rien a dire , tres propre et calme . Proprietaire accueillant et disponible si besoin. La maison doit etre aussi tres agreable en ete vu les equipement.

Im Herzen Andalusiens
Die Villa liegt ziemlich genau in der Mitte von Andalusien, so dass Ausflüge nach Granada, Cordoba und Alcala la Real gut möglich sind. Einkaufs- und Tankmöglichkeiten im 3 km entfernten Baena (etwa 20.000 Einwohner). Die Unterkunft bietet viele Freizeitmöglichkeiten: großer Pool, Tischtennis, Tennis mit Flutlichtanlage (Strahler teilweise defekt), guter Kicker, guter Billardtisch. Mehrere Sitzecken mit Tischen; Grillplatz. Schöne Palmen. Grüner Rasen, der jede Nacht gesprengt wird. Großartiger Ausblick auf die Olivenbaumhänge ringsum und auf Baena, insbesondere nachts. Im Haus befinden sich die Elektrik und die Ausstattung nicht auf dem neuesten Stand, teils sind Leitungen auf Putz provisorisch mit Silikon-Kautschuk befestigt, was für eine Ferienvilla akzeptabel ist. Röhren-Fernsehgerät und Musikanlage für Kassetten (beides von uns nicht benutzt). Es sind zwei Badezimmer vorhanden, was knapp sein kann. Die Spindeltreppe ins OG ist eng, die oberste Stufe weist eine deutlich höhere Steigung auf. Besonderes Lob verdient die Wasseraufbereitung für den Pool mit UV-Licht, so dass die Chlorzugabe minimiert ist (wichtig bei Hautallergien). Auch die Klimaanlagen im Haus sind bei Temperaturen über 40 °C im Aug/Sep sehr angenehm. Zeitweise riecht die ganze Gegend intensiv etwas säuerlich nach Oliven. Auf einem Nachbargrundstück wurde zeitweise gebaut (Betonmischmaschine, auch am Wochenende, wohl in Eigenleistung). Die Serpentinenstraße vor dem Grundstück wird wenig befahren. Insgesamt haben wir den Aufenthalt mit unserer großen Familie genossen.
