We bought this home after Dorian and have spent 9 months restoring it. The house is called "Best Day" because our best days are at the waters edge and we plan to have many of them at this house.

Why they chose this property

I am a sailor and power boater. For six decades I have spend all of my free time on the waters of the Texas Coast. I have picked this property to continue my time on the water. The temperature is cooler and the water clearer, both of which I enjoy.

What makes this property unique

The location of this house in Treasure Cay is close to the harbor exit and has great views of the action within the harbor and across the street in the Sea of Abaco.
