The first floor has a spacious living/dining combo (dining seats 5), an office nook, 1/2 bath, fully stocked galley style kitchen, washer & dryer, and access to screened porch overlooking golf course. Second story has 2 bedrooms both with attached full baths. Master has king with attached full bath walk in shower and access to balcony overlooking golf course. The guest bedroom has a king with attached full bath shower tub combo. This condo has clean lines, a comfortable beach aesthetic & attention to detail.
