Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place dirty towels and sheets in the washer and start the laundry.
If you are leaving or staying on a Sunday, please place outside trash can in parking lot for Monday trash pick up (please return to shed, if you aren’t checking out).
Fill and start the dishwasher.
Place trash outside in trash bin (58). Leave heat at 65 or AC at 80.
Throw out everything in the fridge and or pantry (items opened and used).
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Pete and Angie are compassionate and heavily involved in the Jacksonville and Ponte Vedra community since 2001. We loved living here and didn’t want to let this beauty go, so we are now sharing this slice of heaven to others who want to create fond memories with their friends and family at the beach.
