Living spaces
This single-story villa offers an open layout with a spacious living area, vaulted ceilings, and a cozy fireplace. Oversized windows fill the room with natural light, and a flat-screen TV provides an easy spot to gather after a day in the sun. The sunroom just off the living room is enclosed and bright, perfect for reading or relaxing while taking in panoramic views of the golf course.

Sleeping arrangements
With three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, the home accommodates up to six guests comfortably. The main suite includes a plush bed and private deck access, while the additional bedrooms feature soft linens, large windows, and ample closet space. Fresh towels, bed sheets, soap, and toilet paper are provided, along with extra pillows and blankets.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a full set of cooking basics including pots, pans, oil, salt, and pepper. A dining table overlooks the golf course, and guests can also enjoy meals outside on the private patio space. A coffee maker, toaster, and wine glasses are available for morning or evening rituals.

Comfort & amenities
Central air conditioning, ceiling fans, and heating keep the space comfortable year-round. An in-unit washer and dryer make extended stays convenient, and hangers, iron, and clothing storage are included. High-speed Wi-Fi and HDTV ensure you can stay connected or entertained during your stay.

Outdoor & community features
Guests have access to a community pool and free parking for two vehicles. Beach access is just a short walk away. The private entrance and gated community setting offer a sense of privacy and security, with building staff available 24 hours a day to assist with check-in if needed.

Safety & stay details
Smoke alarms and a fire extinguisher are provided for peace of mind. The host has indicated that a carbon monoxide alarm is not necessary for this property. Long-term stays are welcome, making it easy to enjoy a work-from-paradise lifestyle or an extended beach getaway.
