Hus Günter - Apartment Neptun

Neptune
The apartment Neptun extends on two floors and is located in the upper and attic of the house. It consists of hallway, shower / WC, additional WC, combined living room with kitchen and two bedrooms. The apartment has a balcony (orientation east side).
Here our guests have u. a. Internet (own HotSpot), satellite TV, music system, video / DVD and a fully equipped kitchen (stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and microwave on request). In the living area is a sofa bed as an extra bed for the 5th and 6. Person available, in one bedroom there is a double bed, in the other two single beds.

The initial bed linen is included in the price, towels can be rented on request for a fee.
We are happy to rent the apartment for 2 persons and then close the upper bedroom.

Schöne Wohnung in super Lage

Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sauber, gut geschnitten und perfekt gelegen. Zum Strand ist es nicht weit und auch sonst konnte man vieles zu Fuß erreichen.

Bietet alles für einen erholsamen Usedom-Urlaub.

Das Einchecken ging schnell und reibungslos. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und war wie beschrieben eingerichtet. Wir haben uns hier zu viert sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Nähe zum Strand und zum Ortszentrum sowie die ruhige Lage haben wir sehr positiv empfunden. Es war im Wesentlichen alles sauber, aber in den Schränken und Schubladen hat sich zum Teil schon etwas Staub angesammelt. Unter den Möbeln fand sich im Laufe der Zeit die ein oder andere vergessene Kleinigkeit der Vormieter. Die Küche ist mit allem Erforderlichen ausgestattet, wir haben hier nichts vermisst. Die Betten empfanden wir als sehr bequem, wir haben alle sehr gut geschlafen. Alles in allem können wir die FeWo uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Zentral und doch ruhig

Was die Beschreibung und die Bilder versprechen, trifft genau zu. Einzig die steile Treppe ins Dachgeschoß könnte für ältere Bewohner etwas problematisch sein. Die Küchenausstattung ist so umfangreich, dass es einige Tage dauert, bis man die Spülmaschine braucht. Ansonsten alles top.
