This house had plenty of space for 4 adults. The location is in a quiet neighborhood, close to the beach and some great restaurants! The pool/backyard area was nice and well maintained. The beach supplies in the garage were convenient, and the host quickly responded to any questions we had.

Hands down, the best place and experience we’ve had traveling. Steve was very responsive when answering questions. The house was beautiful and in the perfect location. It’s close to shopping and the beach, yet in a quiet neighborhood so you can still relax poolside. The kids lived in that pool when we weren’t at one of the near beaches. It was just right for having family over to swim and play corn hole in the back yard. We made lifelong core memories in your home and we can never thank you enough for allowing us to stay there. We look forward to coming back in the future!

Great location for just off of SK! Perfect location for pets. The pool was spectacular, and the house gives that “Old Florida Charm” being located in an established neighborhood. Everything was in close proximity, but just far enough away from the craziness of the tourism scene. The host was great and I could not be happier with our stay.

Long Weekend Spring Training Trip

The house was well suited for the five of us. It was centrally located, so it was easy to get to games and the beach. My parents liked having the church down the street, and we enjoyed great restaurants close by, like Brine.

Perfect home base for Sarasota adventures

This house worked great for our family of 5. It is well appointed and in a quiet neighborhood. We were happily surprised to find the garage stocked with everything we would need for a beach excursion. The host was quick to respond to communication and the check in/ check out process was really smooth and easy! There is a Sprouts and Publix within 5 minutes of the house as well as many restaurants, coffee shops, etc.

Amazing Stay

We had a truly wonderful holiday! Everything was perfect, beginning with the awesome host, Steve! He was very helpful and promptly answered any and all of my questions regarding our stay. We were very impressed with the overall cleanliness of the property. I’ve worked in the hospitality industry for more than 15 years and the first thing we noticed was how clean everything was! I was pleasantly surprised to find all the amenities that were available for our use. Everything that was listed was in perfect working condition. I look forward to staying at this property in the future!

10/10 Just as advertised!

The property was as advertised!! And owner was proactive with their communication. Everyone in our party agreed that the beds, and the bedding was very comfortable. I will say at first, I felt like we were a little far from the beach however, after going down to the beach area once, we realized what a blessing, it was to be a few miles away from the traffic and crowds. The neighborhood was peaceful, and was a great place to take a morning stroll. And the drive to the beach and restaurants wasn’t far at all. Two great places we visited, were the Ringling museum as well as the Legacy Trail for biking, there’s a location nearby where you can rent bikes. And then, in terms of restaurants, we found a small local pizza shop called Rico’s where we were able to get a 2 foot wide pizza that was amazing and then we also went to Downtown Sarasota and had a great Mexican meal at Melvins! 10/10 would recommend!

The pool is amazing! Clean and fabulous temperature. The beds were very comfortable and clean. Great space for a large family. Kitchen had everything we needed, garage was packed full of beach supplies. My only “complaint” is I couldn’t get the tub to shower lever to work but we improvised and just filled the tub with the shower for the kids. Steve was great to communicate with and his home is in a great location. Highly recommend staying here!!

This house was perfect for our family vacation! It was the perfect location, only about 10-15 minutes away from the beach. Very clean house and the pool was beautiful!! In the garage there was floats for the pool and everything we needed for a beach day. Host was quick to respond with any questions we had. We left talking about when we could book this house again for future family trips. Also great that it’s pet friendly so everyone in the family could spend time together! I would highly recommend staying here!

Steve was a top notch host! Had fresh towels and soaps delivered to the house when we arrived ! Home is exactly what you see and location is great! We took our family for our daughter’s 5th birthday and they had a blast in the pool, which was also very clean. I would book this spot for the whole summer if I could. We will definitely be back !

Hey there! Like you, we decided to vacation to Sarasota a couple of months ago. We fell in LOVE with the area, from the people, beaches, and great food. We knew we wanted to be able to provide others with an opportunity to experience what we did on our vacation. So we decided to set up this Airbnb in a prime location to great restaurants, Siesta Key Beach, parks, the legacy trail, and pretty much everything that Sarasota has to offer. You will not be disappointed, so come visit Siesta Key and see what the #1 ranked beach is all about!

Why they chose this property

This is quite honestly the best all around neighborhood in all of Sarasota. With its close proximity to Siesta Key beach, as well as restaurants, grocery stores, and much much more. This home is 20 minutes from SRQ airport and 15 minutes to Downtown Sarasota / Lido Key. Less than 2 hours to Disney World, 45 Minutes to Tampa, and surrounded by world class golf courses. The convenience of this home's location will have you wanting to stay here forever. The tranquility and convenience of Gulf Gate is rivaled only by its friendliness and comfort. It is one of Sarasotas most popular and established neighborhoods making it attractive to everyone. The best part about where you will be staying is how SAFE this area is. If you want to walk the dog around the paved sidewalks at 3am, you can do so without giving it a second thought.

What makes this property unique

The game room means family fun for everyone! Come enjoy this space and make amazing memories with your family and friends. The layout of the home has a lot of common area space to spend time with those you care about most.
