About this property

House, Praia da Luz, 2 minutes walk to the beach (2 bedrooms)

This is a small 2 bedroom townhouse in a quiet corner of Praia da Luz. It is close to the beach (2 minutes walk). Was just renovated in January 2017.
In the 1. Floor is the small well equipped kitchen (a microwave) and the living / dining room that leads to a terrace. From the terrace you have a beautiful garden view and also some views of the rocks by the beach.
On the ground floor there are 1 bathroom (tub) and the 2 bedrooms, both with two separate beds. One bedroom leads into the small garden, the other on a small terrace. The house is comfortable and nicely decorated.
In February 2017, a new kitchen (+ dishwasher) and new toilet was renovated.
There is satellite TV, a storage room with washing machine, also a parking space in front of the house. Wireless Internet access.

This holiday home is also suitable for "wintering" in the months of November - March.
Nature lovers, who like to take long walks along the cliffs, will be amazed by the lush "green" nature shows.
For the comfort in the apartment provides the fireplace, and if necessary, additional oil radiators in the bedrooms.
In this season (winter season), the additional costs will be charged according to consumption "on site".
But; -do not worry! You do not have to collect your firewood yourself, it is provided and does not cost much.

I can't say enough about our host, Paulo. From the very beginning, he was responsive, informative, and caring. The apartment was spacious, well decorated, and perfect for what my wife, myself, my son and his partner were looking for. Beautiful. The location was perfect. Minutes from the beach, the boardwalk, restaurants, and our favourite little café on the oceanfront. This VRBO find was a treasure and I highly recommend it to anyone wanting to experience the Algarve. Thank you, Paulo!

sehr schöne Urlaubsunterkunft

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Casa da Praia ist ein geräumiges und hübsch eingerichtetes Ferienhäuschen mit allem, was man braucht. Besonders schön und erholsam sind die Terrasse und der Balkon, umrahmt von Blüten und Grün. Paulo hat viele Tipps gegeben und ist ein sehr aufmerksamer Vermieter. Vielen Dank noch einmal dafür. Auch der Ort hat ein entspanntes Flair und ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Erkundungen der West- und Südalgarve.

Excellent choice for a holiday.

The house is in a nice quiet location but only a few minutes walk to the beach. It was very well equipped and had everything needed for a self catering holiday. We thought it was excellent value. Paulo went above and beyond in the service provided. Thank you very much Paulo and Piedade.

Immer wieder würden wir hier buchen.

Wir haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Begrüßung und Vorstellung der Wohnung duch Paulo wahr wieder absolut perfekt und das auch noch in perfektem Deutsch. Wir haben auch noch ein paar Tipps bekommen was man sich noch so anschauen kann. Es ist einfach gut mal aus deutscher und portugisischer Sicht die Dinge zu betrachten. Auch der Austausch der Handtücher usw. hat gut geklappt. Es war alles topp aufgeräumt und die Handtücher wunderbar trappiert. Danke nochmals für den schönen, leider etwas kürzeren, Aufenthalt.

Fantastisch

Rust, netheid, attenties, loopafstand zee en resto's, goede, vriendelijke en gemakkelijke communicatie met eigenaars, op en top ingerichte woning met 2 zalige terrasjes, poets en verversing linnen, ... maken van dit huisje en deze vakantie een fantastiche beleving. Dank je wel Paulo voor je fijne attenties en zeer vriendelijke ontvangst. Wij komen zeer zeker terug.
