This marvellous flat is located in the first row on the beach of Luz near Lagos.

22G is a flat on the top/1st floor with a spacious balcony. The wonderful sea view can be enjoyed from the living room. 22G is particularly popular with older people, who appreciate the easy access via just a few steps and the high-quality and cosy furnishings of this centrally located flat.

You already feel like you're on the beach:

The view of the Atlantic stretches from the surf on the beach directly below to the horizon and the impressive Black Rock to the east. The impressions of the surf and wind rushing through the palm trees can be enjoyed from the front row.

The cul-de-sac location next to the Roman ruins is central but quiet. A car can be parked in front of the flat - but a car is not absolutely necessary as Luz sandy beach, restaurants, bars and supermarkets are all within walking distance.

The flat is reached via a few steps and offers a high level of comfort, including a cosy living room with full sea view, full hd TV with German and English channels, WLAN Internet, air conditioning, bedroom by the sea with adjoining bathroom, modern kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine.

Algarve Get Away

A one week getaway to test the waters on staying in the Algarve for longer in the future. We loved the location, the restaurants, and the magnificent coastal trails which were in easy access without having to drive.

Wonderful Experience

My family and I love the Apt 22G. It was lovely and comfortable inside with great views of the beach. We had everything we needed. To have coffee in the morning on the balcony was such a great way to start the day. The little community of Luz Beach was very charming. We loved everything about it

Luz beach condo

Accommodation was lovely, beautiful balcony overlooking the Atlantic, watched the surf, and surfers. In inclement weather we were still enjoying the ocean and beach. Well equipped apartment, comfortable furniture. Highly recommend

January in the Algarve

This was our second time here and we enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent - on the beach and close to the bus route. The new heating units were an added bonus for the cool and rainy days.A few minor suggestions would be new matching updated cutlery and linens.Overall a very nice spot.

A perfect location to R & R.

Once there the only reason you'll need a car is to get groceries and do other sightseeing. Lots of Good Restaurants within easy walking distance. Even Groceries and Liquor are less than one KM away.

We stayed 5 nights. This was a great central location for going to different points on the coast to explore. We had a great view of the beach. The bed were comfy, the kitchen was very well equipped and everything and it was easy to reach the manager with questions. The beach is beautiful!

Vacation time

Property overlooks ocean so great location you can walk to restaurants. Only thing I would suggest to owner is to leave some more supplies such as trash bags-there were none. Only 2 rolls of toilet paper and no paper towels or coffee pods for even 1 day.

Great ocean views and location

We had a great time at this location. The views of the ocean are amazing from both the main room and the master bedroom. You really can hear the waves which was sooooo relaxing. The host was very responsive. We actually had to reschedule and although the host didn’t have to let us, they were very accommodating. I’d highly recommend this location and I’d go back for sure.

Amazing Luz Beach Apartment

We were so happy with the location of Frank and Andrea’s apartment in Luz. It was clean, spacious for 4 adults. We enjoyed the patio overlooking the beach, great sunsets and views. The apartment was in a perfectly central location. We walked to Burgau along the beautiful trail, kayaked in Lagos and enjoyed many of the restaurants and bars steps away. The grocery store was a 4 minute walk, for fresh meats, breads pastries and wines. We will be back!! Thank you Frenk and Andrea

Ocean Front Gem

Frenk's condo is front row to the ocean and the esplanade along Praia da Luz. The view is second to none. Fabulous! The condo itself is great with a large veranda accessible from the living room and the front bedroom.Facing south you get the sun the entire day until shortly before sunset. We loved the tile floors throughout and the mini-split units were great to take the chill off at night. I would highly recommend Frenk's place to anyone wanting a perfect ocean-front place to stay in Praia da Luz!

First class holiday

Had a fantastic stay in Frenk’s spacious apartment. Just loved the views from the balcony and sitting having breakfast there. Well equipped apartment and great air con in the bedroom( and lounge if required). Much appreciated welcome pack. Super choice of restaurants in Luz, we would recommend Onda Luz, Atlantico ,Boatys and Aquario’s for evening and Lazzuli’s for drinks and lunches. Thanks to Irina and Mario for promptly sorting our problem after a power cut. Would love to return sometime soon.

A nice view, but a hodgepodge interior

Must say the location of the apartment is perfect, we just didn't have the luck of nice weather to enjoy it at the most. There were works on both the road and the adjacent apartment, it would have been nice if we had been informed about it. Besides that, the interior felt a bit loveless. Of course I had already seen in the advertisement that the furniture was put together in different styles. But the (un)collected crockery, very damaged Teflon pans (so unhealthy!), bedding and other textiles which felt like leftovers added to this feeling. With a little attention and a bit effort, this house can have a so much nicer atmosphere. Truly a missed opportunity.

Wir waren dieses Jahr im September zum 5. Mal in dieser Ferienwohnung. Damit ist klar, das für uns alles stimmt: die Sicht auf den Strand und das Meer, die Sauberkeit des Sandstrandes, die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuss sowie die Sauberkeit des Apartments.

Wohnung in super Lage

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der Wohnung. Sie ist geräumig, hat alles notwendige (sehr oft haben wir der Elektrogrill genutzt) und liegt nah am Strand und dem (überschaubaren) Stadtzentrum, wobei es doch relativ ruhig war (Juni/Juli). Der große Balkon mit Meerblick rundet das Ganze ab.
