206 Windsor Place is a 2nd floor, 2 bedroom and 2 bath villa that provides views of both the ocean and resort pool. Tastefully decorated with calming blues and greens, this villa has light hardwood floors throughout and a spacious open floor plan.

As you enter this villa there is a large glass dining room table that seats six. To the right is the fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and two bar stools. Behind the corner door is the washing machine and dryer. To the right of the kitchen there is a bathroom that is shared with the guest bedroom and hallway. It has a large single vanity and a tub/shower combo. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and mounted 40” SMART TV. This room has access to the balcony.

The living area has a blue L-shaped sectional, one side has a queen sleeper sofa. There is also an accent chair and a mounted 60” SMART TV. The sliding doors lead you out to the covered balcony where there is a round table that seats four and one lounge chair. Guests will enjoy relaxing out on the balcony that overlooks the community pool, landscaped grounds and ocean views.

The master bedroom has a king bed, accent chair and mounted 40” SMART TV. This room also has views of the community pool and ocean. The large ensuite bathroom has double vanities, a walk-in shower and a separate soaking tub.

The Windsor Place complex is located oceanfront in the famous Palmetto Dunes Plantation. It has two large oceanfront pools (heated seasonally) and hot tub as well as a large sundeck, poolside restrooms, showers and covered pavilion with gas grilling area. One pool is great for children with a graduated entry and mushroom shaped waterfall (opposite end of pool is 4` 6"). Windsor also has elevator access and a covered parking garage. This complex has privately owned villas located oceanfront with great views of the ocean, pool or lagoon from any floor.
