Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please leave beds unmade so we can pack laundry by bed size. Used towels can be left in the bathtubs.
Put all trash in the big trash buckets in the garage. Please leave in the driveway if your check out day is Monday.
Leave the last dishes running in the dishwasher.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No parties allowed. Keep noise down after 9:00 PM.
No smoking inside the house (including vapors).
Sign contract to complete booking & $500 hold in credit card during stay.

Originally from Panama, our journey together began when we met while studying for our Masters in Engineering at Texas A&M University. Over the years, our shared love of travel has taken us to incredible places like Panama, Costa Rica, Mexico, and Roatan, Honduras, as well as various exciting cities across the U.S.

Throughout our travels, we’ve found joy in discovering beautiful vacation homes and creating unforgettable memories with loved ones. We've also developed a passion for cooking and making the most of quality time together.

As first-time hosts, we are thrilled to offer you the same welcoming experience we’ve enjoyed on our adventures. We've put a lot of time and care into curating a space where you can feel right at home, and we can’t wait to make your stay in San Antonio and New Braunfels as enjoyable as possible!
