Located in the quiet neighborhood of Sandstone, this spacious 4 bedroom end unit townhome has over 1800 SF of living space and boosts privacy and comfort. Surrounded by groves of aspen trees you will feel as though you're in a beautiful treehouse. Curl up on the down filled sectional sofa in front of the a fireplace and relax with family and friends. A well stocked kitchen with high end appliances will satisfy the chef of the family. The round dining table comfortably seats 6 guests and there are 4 bar stools at the kitchen peninsula. 2 of the bedrooms are primary suites with king beds and spacious ensuite bathrooms. The upper level is one large bedroom with a bunkbed and an additional queen. Conveniently, there is a half bath on this floor. The fourth bedroom is located on the main level with a queen sleeper sofa that can double as a den for the kids. The third full bathroom is located next to the den/4th bedroom. Pack light, there is a full size washer and dryer for your convenience. All the mattresses are new and constructed
organically. An attached oversized 2 car garage is an appreciated convenience during snow storms, no early morning car scraping will be necessary! The complex boosts a summer pool and hot tub The free Sandstone shuttle has a pick up/drop off location directly across the street. Popular trail heads are a short walk from your door. All will enjoy your Vail home away from home!

Beautiful townhome with garage.

We enjoyed the beautiful view, two master bedrooms with attached bathrooms, having a garage and all the essentials in the kitchen. Communication with the property manager could’t have been better, she was very helpful and she went up and above to make sure our stay was a good experience. I would highly recommend this townhome.

Great place for Family and Friends

We had 3 families come together to go skiing together. The beds and bedding were great- even the sofabed was comfy! The carpets were plush and new, the furniture was also new. Kitchen- lots of different sized pots & pans, cutting boards and cups. A little short on bowls and plates but we made do! Everything was well kept and clean! Hopefully we’ll be back next year!

Reviewer Comments: The home was in a super convenient location for everything in the Valley, easy to access all of the great little cities from Vail to Avon to Eagle. Great to have 2 supermarkets right down the street to get all the things you need for an extended stay. I'll be back!

Family Ski Vacation

We stayed here with my family of 5. House is setup really nice with a great layout. The heated garage and mud room was a great feature. My daughters loved the loft bedroom upstairs. My only knocks on the property is the jacuzzi is small and a decent walk in the cold to get to. The other thing was the bus stop was a really long walk with ski equipment and only ran once an hour. We ended up driving to the slopes daily and paying for parking. The property manager was great and really responsive. Overall we really enjoyed the property.

Amazing Customer Serice

Gore Creek Rentals was fantastic . Specifically , Tere was fantastic. The house we had rented developed a water leak in the wall the day we were to arrive. Tere called an hour before check in and notified us it was not something that could be fixed on short notice. She calmly said " give me a few minutes to find you an alternate and I'll call you back ". 10 minutes later she arranged to meet us and drove us to a replacement rental for our stay . It was just a wonderful , wonderful house . It really exceeded all expectations. Tere was so professional and gracious as she personally saw to it that our reservation was honored and that we were quickly settled into an exceptional house to continue our family vacation . I just can't say enough about Tere and Gore Creek Rentals . A First Class operation all around . And a special thank you to Tere .

I've rented a number of places around Vail and Beaver Creek and this ranks among my favorite. It is spacious and well appointed. So comfortable and clean. The two-car garage is also a very nice amenity. It hailed during our visit and I'm glad our cars were safely tucked away! The little things mean a lot to me, and I really appreciated hand soap in every bathroom and the kitchen as well as comfortable beds and fluffy towels.While I've shied away from staying North of I-70 in the past, this is really a great location. Not only is it private and quiet, it really is very close to everything in Vail. We rode our bikes in several times and the drive in to dinner was quick and easy.
