Fantastic location, adorable property, even better host!

Great property with a hot tub right out the back door! Extremely close to both Beaver Creek and Vail for all your snowy slopey needs. Not very far from Breck either, we hit that once during our week stay. Host was very communicative and had wonderful recommendations for local food, groceries, and fun. Would 1000% stay here again!

A very nice home in a great location

We had a great stay for 3 nights in December 2024 with our family - 4 adults and 3 children. The house was clean, nicely furnished, and had comfortable beds. The location was great situated between Beaver Creek and Vail for skiing. Nick was friendly and communicated well.The bedrooms were large but the living area was a bit small for 7 people. Also it was difficult to regulate the heat- hot and then cold. We had to buy a few more blankets and pillows.Overall, I would highly recommend this property.

Unfortunately we can’t change the space of the living area, but with so many things to do outdoors in the area we have found it not to be much of a problem. Thank you again.

Great Accommodation for Two Baseball Families

My family of 4 shared this wonderful townhome with another family of 4 for nearby baseball tournament. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. With 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 downstairs, both families were able to enjoy privacy whenever needed, but the living and dining room area provided wonderful times to enjoy meals together, play board games, laugh, etc. There were a couple of minor issues that came up, but the host was always very quick to respond and went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable. The townhome was fairly close to the tournament game locations in Gypsum, Eagle, and Edwards, but staying in Avon was worth the extra 10 minute drive compared to those locations. Avon is close to many great restaurants and Walmart was just a couple minutes away, which made it very easy to pick up groceries and anything else needed for our visit. Thank you for hosting / sharing your townhome - it helped make this trip very special!

We are from Kansas City but have always enjoyed the MTNS as we came here a lot as kids and now want to bring out young family here to spend time together. Our favorite thing to do is be outside in the MTNS.

Chose this neighborhood as our family also loves this area. You are centrally located between Vail and Beaver Creek, two of our favorite summer and winter locations.

What makes this property unique

Our lactation is very easy to get to both Vail and Beaver creek. We also are on a golf course for easy access to golf in the summer
